Surprisingly good for boss fights just direct them to munch whilst riding a bigger dino and watch the health drain

These are fairly simple to steal from. I would advise to bring Trang arrows or some Trang’s but you should be fine either way. Just crouch to the nest. Even flyers work.

I would suggest using a few campfires and a few air conditioners as well. Whenever you’re trying to make the egg and incubate is best to use for air conditioners, and if needed standing torches or campfires.

If you want one in fjordur, go to the plains around the castle in the cliffs area.

Everyone seems to think they're only in Val. They're all around the lower valley type areas near the castle on the east side of Fjordur too. I've raised many of them there. They're easy to get, just take a decent mount with lots of health and melee damage. You can easily take out the packs defending the nests just make sure you pick up all of the eggs no matter what level or they won't respawn. Just dispose of the lower level eggs.

much like with some other dinos, having one of these suckers latch onto your argy can glitch it and make it so you can't ride your bird. relogging will fix it, I've been unlucky enough to have it happen twice.

By far easiest taming method. Only requires one pteradon. Go to the paradise cove spot. Lure the mean Dino’s off the cliffs until the area around a nest is clear. Hop off, grab ur egg. Rinse and repeat. I got 4 eggs in about 10 min.

If you're in a lagging server don't bring a tek suit or a rare or high level bird (you could fly off and be booted!)

Find a good strategy to steal egg then if you don’t have air conditioner unlocked craft fourteen campfires and place them around in a circle. One completed gather fuel for the campfires 15 pieces of wood per campfire, place your egg in the middle of the campfire circle, finally light the campfires up and Banda boom it will incubate.

Good cave mounts although they larch on the walls a lot trying to get out 😂

Guy in here saying white cliffs only is wrong they are not only there but all around the swamp area high and low by green ob and over near the castle on the cliff

I thought these things were only in the white cliffs until I saw a nest in the tundra

Get wyvern, kill all these buggers by the best, and take the egg.

Getting an egg is much more simple than most people think. Get a high level pteranadon, search for nests, lure the unlucky parents away, get egg. That's it. No need to waste resources taming cannon fodder or running in and massacre the population. Be mindful of your stamina and bring a whip if you feel you aren't quick enough to safely grab the egg

Eggs start to spoil as soon as they are laid in the wild so sometimes you will pick up eggs that will spoil right away, you have to come back when they respawn to get healthy eggs

Get a Lymantria, go to White Cliffs and look for a Deinonychus nest. Get their aggro, kite them away and gas them with Lymantria to slow them down. Then go back to the nest, steal the egg and if see them again, simply gas them once more.

Can attach to some flyers like an Argentavis even when it’s flying

Have good enough armor to the point where it is possible to get away from being pinned

They also can hatch in the nest and after hatching and raising you can breed them.

For me to hatch one of these, it took 13 campfires + an otter. However I'm pretty sure it takes less when you use the otter from the start. Just tame an otter and then add the fires you need.
