Find an isolated pack away from wolfs, Carnos or Yutyrannus and pick the, of with a powerful gun, note that they don’t heal when at a decent range from the player, once they are about two strides from you they will start to heal themselves.

On the island you can only find daedons in snow. On scorched earth you can find any where. In aberration they do not spawn. On extinction is the same.

When I was trying to find daeodons in ark mobile it took me hours to try and find one just to find out there dungeon exclusive..... Cmon man I don't wanna beat a entire dungeon just for a piggy and it also goes the same with other creatures like jerboas or megatheriums.And i just find it so annoying. I wish they would bring the daeodons and the megatheriums and jerboas in the map...Just too bad the devs just don't listen to their player's and care so much about money...😑

They're around the same size as Sabers and Direwolves, but don't let that fool you. I had two Sabers, Lvl 45 and Lvl 35, and both were killed by a single Lvl 15 Daeodon, in the span of time it took me to respawn in my nearby bed. Idk if my sabers just had especially low stats or not, because they'd literally only. Just grown to be adults, only to die 5 minutes later.

Be careful setting dinos on wander with these dudes around, I had a bad ass level 180 raptor killed by a level 10 out of my view. Don't know how it happened, but it sucked.

They have way too much health I’m on my Rex with. 2000 health and a pack of these each have 2000 health

Be careful! He eats extra food to heal his self and his friend.

They spawn around the snow mountain not blue ob Mountain. I usually do laps around that mountain killing them until find a decent lv one to tame.

Saw a pack of these waging war against a group of mammoths. Dunno if they won or not bc i left not long after a yuty screamed at me

They don’t spawn in packs in gen 1,they are found In the bog biome on the genesis part 1 map.

THEY ARE VERY FAST WHEN COME RUNNING AWAY FROM SOMETHING

For early encountering here is the way to kill them

1. Use a bow till they get close

2. Bola them

3. Use a spear to finish the job

If you can spread them out

Each one will take 1-3 spears typically

If you are a bit further into the game tame a dire bear and ride it around, but don’t let it get swarmed

These are the top predators near my house. I am kinda nooblike, so my best bet is to just hide. I look out the window and see one or two THUMPING a stego and trike. My description: DEADLY MURDERS
