For anyone used to breeding normal wyverns remember that you can also knock out male crystal wyverns too!! Also the higher level you knock out the more primal crystal you get

You need to be lvl 65 to tame them

You can use their eggs for EXTRAORDINARY KIBBLE instead of finding yutu or hesperonis, plus they're super easy to tame

Tropical crystal wyverns get a water buff

Blood crystal wyverns gains health with breath attack but does less damage

Amber crystal wyverns breath attack does more damage the longer u do it

For some reason.. they poop twice at a time.

Just a short tip when raising these, when as a baby the food drops by around 75 per min and then when it hits juv it slows down it drops about 40 per so you won't have to get crystal as often. They are also great at collecting charcoal and wood etc by using the wind attack against the trees.

I recommend a Tropic Wyvern for stealing on the Wyvern eggs on Rag, Scorched and Val just because when its wing touches water you are able to out speed them! It works perfectly!

Blood wyvern regains health (god pvp). Tropical wyvern gets water buff (god pve). Ember wyvern absolute trash it takes too long for the rage meter and is just terrible

So far wyverns are the trend online again. Everyone is breeding wyverns and getting insane stats on them. The wild one's are now being hunted for sport (experience points). And it has made maps like valguro and Ragnarok almost impossible to get wyverns by the nest tactic again. The reason why is because they put wyverns in the same spawn category as everything else. The wyvern Caves on most of the servers I've seen don't have any dragons around anymore. Which means no eggs for anyone else. They need to put special Dinosaurs/Creatures in a separate spawn category. Wyverns shouldn't be unable to spawn because there is too many common dinos running around.

As long as you have tranq arrows, you’ll be flying around the arks like a boss

This wyvern can’t really pick up mediums tames some yes but not all like it say here it does.

Make sure you have parachutes because they tend to knock you off

Is the “carryable” chart correct for what this dino can carry?

The topical version is a better ice wyvern there breath does the same thing but this gets a water buff like a spino

The ember wyvern does a more powerful fire attack.

The blood wyvern steals health from all creatures with its breath

The tropical wyvern gets a boost on the coast like the spinosaur

They are all much faster than the normal wyvern a but the turning to me feels much worse

They are all around good mounts

Tropical Wyverns get a speed boost when above water. Use this in races.

Stats are kinda bad compared with the normal wyvern. It does make up for the fact that they are really easy to tame. Just wait until they come down to the ground to feed them or use a grappling hook (it's a neutral dino so don't attack it!). They are also breedable. A must have when it comes to exploring the map or fighting other dinos (not a boss. level them before fighting bigger units)

Has anyone tried this, knocking out a wyvren with narcotic traps and if possible, then harvesting the primal crystal.

I tried the thing that everybody is saying to do it was to grapple on to them and just keep feeding and feeding and feeding and feeding and they never stop as I was saying I grappled it and it bit me and I died I mean it might still work ( probably bc I grappled it’s near it’s head)
