These little shits are annoying they eat only prime meat AND their useless

Build a small pen. Find compy. Lure to pen on foot. Close gate and lock them in. Now you have time to go get prime meat on a Dino. Empty your held inventory into the Dino. Pick up the narcs first, then the prime meat. Trank them out. Use the “transfer all” button at the top of your inventory. They can start eating while you keep them tranked out.

They cane tamed by ONLY 2 of ANY RAW PRIME MEAT(Mutton, Meat, Fish Meat)

Not hard to knock out, but you need prime meat or mutton to tame these cute guys. You have to be prepared before you tame a compy, and also slightly lucky. First, use a bird to pick up a compy. I would use a pteradon because they can pick up compys and quickly fly back to base. Then, drop it in a gaming pen or anyone inclosed inside your base. After that you need to look for a source of prime meat near your base, which is hard if your a low level or live somewhere like a beach. I useally do diplodocuses which take a while to kill but they don’t do damage. Finally, fly back to your base, be quick because the prime meat spoils after around 2 minutes. You can put it in your bird or a shoulder mount (make sure it’s a herbivore so it won’t eat the meat!) Go back to base and land in the pen where your wild compy is, take out the meat, and use a crossbow with a tranq arrow to knock out the compy, which useally only takes one arrow. Put your prime meat in him, and you have a new mini raptor!

Watch out if team to with tranq arrows because it may end up dying.

If you push in the right joy stick, you can carry one in tge argies beak. Also singles it out so no aggro and easy tame.

So…uh these thing have a history with me every morning they are knawing on my other creatures but get killed easily by them (one of my animals is a Raptor)so anyway one day I went to get some stone up a hill a little far from my base..there were a few compies but nothing serious…then a whole swarm attacked there was like 100 of ‘‘em so I ran actually…I only brought a spear cause there are only a few dilos around my base usually but my spear broke and I ran but they caught up and weakened me I was slow cause I was injured when I was stuck in front of a tree it was blocking me and there was no way out…the compys closed in and devoured me…just like in Jurassic park 2..p.s if you see a compy…RUN LIKE HELL!!!

Don’t tame just kill them there so annoying and when you kill something they get mad I just killed a raptor and they started bite me just kill them!

When you hit them they will fly back a little bit then come back. Stay still and hitting them them when they come back before they can hit you. If they run use a bow.
