Okay. My sarco that I got a while ago just died to one of these annoying green things. I was trying to get to cramp island and got into a fight with a megalodon but I didn’t realise that one of these guys was creeping up on me. Got double teamed by a megalodon and a Cnidaria, Sarco died and I died. I managed to get my stuff back but rip ziggy the sarco. I’ll give this as a tip though if you see one of these things get out of the water as fast as you can!

Yeah long story short mosa did the job but fluffy went down with a fight the I thank the hell out of it and now he's mine but in a cage and its a small cage and I hit it every time I pass by my mosa the one that killed my fluffy

Ah yes, the first time I ever encountered these.

So I had just started ark and was walking around near a deep river near the ocean. My five year old brother was next to me.

One day I was just minding my own business when I saw something coming at me from across the water. I had been gathering materials and hadn’t brought any dino’s with me. I was scared it was a raptor, or something else, but when it got closer, the Cnidaria started attacking it, and the music that plays when you’re fighting something came on. By the time I realized it was my parasaur Mesa, whom I had forgotten to tell to stay at the base, he had already been killed. That’s why I hate Cnidaria more than anything else in the game.

Let Me Explain

So I had just tamed a sarco and I named her Termigator.

I was running around sending her to attack things but I didn't have a saddle at the time ( I was like level 13 or 14).

I went into the sea to hunt some fish and all of a sudden 6

jelly Bois come swimming at us. My sarco swam up and started attacking them but then they did their weird Zap shit and she died.

Under the waves: chapter 7

Pearl stared at the bodies for a long time. There were several large fish that she couldn’t identify, a group of plesiosaurs, about five megalodons, and a suspiciously large lump in the very back that pearl suspected was a mosasaur. Trench swam to her side before letting out a gasp of horror. He immediately lunged past her and frantically began digging in the pile before pulling out a plesiosaur corpse. It was tiny, just a baby that would never grow to adult hood. As pearl swam to his side, he let out a choked sound. “Did you know them?” She asked him. “It.. it’s clam. My sister.” Trench whispered. Then I realized trench must not be much older than me, if he had siblings that young. Pearl gazed at the limp body, shuddering. Then her sorrow turned to fury. How could anybody do this to innocent creatures? A HATCHLING? Hunting is normal but this… this is massacre. She snarled under her breath. Then came a sound. Her head perked up, listening. It sounded like… Breathing. She peered into the cava again, and saw that the large lump in the back, the probably-a-mosasaur had shifted. She swam over to it imminently. It was a mosa, covered in scratches and a long slash across its throat. It stared at her, before mumbling “please. Just… end this. It.. it hurts.” She rested one of her fins on it’s head. “Okay. This.. this’ll be over in a moment.” She whispered to it. The mosasaur closed its eyes, and she nipped behind it’s head, killing it instantly and without any pain. The mosasaur was beyond saving anyway, even if she knew all the herbs and they’re medical uses like her mother did. Kinda hard to revive someone when they’re belly has been torn open and the organs are showing. “We should get out of here.” Pearl said, turning back to trench. He nodded silently and the exited the cave before pearl stopped. Maybe she just imagined it, but it looked like the bloody pebbles beach had… moved. Trench paused, watching her curiously. Yup. The shore is definitely moving. A large head slowly rose out of the pebbles, and it stared at her. It had two pairs of eyes, and an alien but familiar look to it. Then she knew how she remembered it. A mechalodon. She had never seen one before, only heard of them in legends and stories, but this creature definitely is one. The mechalodon slowly blinks, then, in a voice, raspy from unuse, says “Who?” Pearl glances at trench. “I’m pearl, and this is trench.” The mechalodon gives a small smile, showing yellow teeth cracked with age. “You who I’ve been looking for.” It rasps. Pearl tilts her head. “Find the others. Then, look for the cave with the lock and open it. Or all you know will be destroyed.” It instructs. Then, the mechalodon burrows back into the pebble shore and disappears.

I tames my first giga on the island,I somehow trapped it in some ruins and got it down.ti level it up I took it from my base in the hidden lake to Carno Island... halfway there's these glowing things appeared; I was in the water, lightening all over my screen, darkness closing in as toropr rose... Then I was dead. I flew back for my prize tame just as the death message came through...

One time i was on a hill minding my business when a bronto just randomly starts attacking flinging me like 200 metres from the to the nearby water right onto these mf

The most terrifying aspect of these creatures is that when you’re swimming, you think; “Oh, that Cnidaria is preeetty far away, I’ll be fine”!

Then suddenly, in a god damn flash, these guys just appear next to you- Seeing them slowly follow you in the water is TRAUMATIZING. I lost my Stegosaurus Muffin in a battle with these guys, after she defeated three megalodons and one spino in water. I guess I celebrated my victory too soon before I lost her!

I had a giant turtle that took a almost a hour to tame then I was walking to my base to put him in then the jelly thing ate it

These things are so annoying

When I go my trike called Mejoberry out to explore I accidentally hit a Parasaur so obviously Mejoberry attacked and ran into the water with it and when I followed I look behind me and a group of like 6 of these dumbos would think they would attack each other but NO they came a killed Mejoberry and all my loot :(.
