Stories Tips

What are some stories about the cnidaria? Memorable cnidaria stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
I had a wolf for 3 months it was my first ever wolf. His name was midnight. I jumped off a cliff with him at the beach. We landed in the water right on top of a pack of jellies and I died. I ran back to the beach after respawning and I watched my first wolf ever die to three jellies. Please use my mistake to protect your own tames.
Rest In Peace Midnight
Heroes of pandora
Chapter 28 (I hope to end season 1 on a nice clean 30 but it may not work out.. also heroes of pandora, will make no sense for S2 so it may have a different name.. still thinking on that…)
They marched on to the red obelisk for about three days … or at least Ping thought so, it was only 5 hours.. the forest around red ob was dense, nobody could see the obelisk through the thick leaf cover, but they could hear it.., buzzing.., arcing.., charging. “I think we’re close now.” Caesar said. “I hope so, can’t barely see in front of my face!” The chief said. Then they heard a screeching roar. “What was that!?” One of the gigantopithicus asked. “A raptor?” Another said. “No it sounds electronic..” Caesar said. “Uh boys, I’m seeings a bunch of lights through the trees, they’re closing fast!” Bones said, (he was tall enough so he was looking over the trees) … … …
“AHHH” one of the sea serpents shouted, as he was being dragged into the forest by a flash of silver and red. “Tidefall!” Seascale shouted. “EVERBODY RUN!” Ron yelled, they ran through the woods as fast as they could, getting picked off by these blurrs of metallic color and lights one by one, until they reached a clearing, they could see the obelisk now, it’s red glow covering the landscape. “WE MAKE OUR STANT HERE” the chief said. Everyone grabbed their weapons, then fifteen tek raptors ran out of the forest. “What are thosse thingss” Seascale said. “They’re raptors, but.. robots?!” Caesar exclaimed. “Who cares what they are, just get em!” The chief said. They charged at the raptors, it was a brutal fight,
one of the raptors scratched the chiefs arm really bad, and in the end they went from a group of 40 to 16. But they were victorious, oil and blood soaked the battlefield. “Let’s harvest what we can from the raptors, then get out of here..” Caesar said. They moved on to the red obelisk, the obelisk was buzzing even louder now and they could see red lightning arcing around the great machine, and from what they could see it was the same with the other obelisks, they were charging up, reading for the end of this ark.

Chapter 40: The Five
Part 2/3
“Ahhh, fresh sun!” Neddy gasped as he basked and spun around on the sand. Ruby laughed at the sight.
“You know this is pretty nice weather. Sometimes I forget the fact we’re on a-”
“Dinosaur infested island!”
The two laughed and began to prance around like little kids.
“Funny,” Samuel thought, his glance moving down toward the ground. Looking at the two reminded him a lot about Nova.
Samuel could feel someone nudge his arm. He turned to see Aurora.
“Samuel, don’t you think we’ve not eaten anything yet? How about we go hunt some fish for us?” Aurora suggested.
“Yeah. I suppose that would be sufficient,” Sameul replied.
The two of them took their spears out and dived into the river. Spotting a school of salmon, they decided that that would be their meal for the morning.
~
Just a few minutes later, Samuel and Aurora came out of the water, hauling a few fish that were as large as they were. Ruby and Neddy were sitting on the sand, and noticing the fish they were carrying, began to gawk.
“Woah, FOOD!” Neddy gasped.
“So much potential!” Ruby grinned, rubbing her hands together. Star squawked in approval.
Ruby took a few seconds to build a campfire. Then she took out a few pieces of thatch and wood, rubbed some sticks together, and started a fire. Neddy took a stick off the ground and put it to Goofy’s mouth. Goofy bit down onto it and moved its teeth from one end of the stick to the other. Goofy let go, leaving behind a stick that was barren of its bark.
Neddy did this for four more sticks, stuck a fish on each one, and put it above the campfire to let it roast.
Moments later, the fish was done, and everyone was given a share of the prize. Neddy and Ruby were taking big bites out of the fish, while Samuel was taking small bites. Samuel’s face scrunched up.
“This tastes bland,” Samuel thought sadly.
“That was a fine catch, this tastes great,” Ruby contradicted with a smile. Aurora turns to Samuel, and begins to speak.
“So. I guess it’s pretty nice food, huh? Even though it isn’t really professionally prepared.”
“Yeah. Sure,” Samuel meekly replied. He reached into his graduation robe pocket and felt the items inside. The piece of paper Star had given him, and then he found it. A fleshy piece of blubber. He pulled it out, and Aurora eyed it with wonder. It seemed to have some red glow.
“What’s that?” Aurora asked.
“No idea,” Samuel honestly answered. He glanced at Neddy and Ruby, who seemed to be in their own little love world. “When we were feasting on that Leedsichthys, all the way back before getting to the Book Club’s camp, when I was eating, my share of the meal was chewy and not very pleasant. That’s when I noticed it had some sort of red glow.”
“So, are you just going to keep it then?” Aurora asked.
“Yeah. I guess so,” Samuel replied, putting the blubber back into his pocket.
As they sat around the fire, Aurora took a few quick glances at Samuel. Then, she slowly began to scoot closer and closer to him. Samuel just ignored her and kept eating his fish.
Star smirked at the sight.
RAGHHH!
“What was that?!” Neddy asked, getting up from the ground. A strange dinosaur suddenly emerged from the water. It was bigger than them, that was for sure. It had large claws that flicked back and forth as it moved its wrists, and a large jaw that was shaped like a skinny alligator. It seemed to be at least 90% of Goofy’s size, however much more lean.
“Baryonyx,” Neddy said. He shielded Ruby with his right arm.
“Don’t. Engage,” Samuel ordered. Blueblaze blinked, its muscles tense, and Goofy growled. Star stared the creature right at into its eyes. The Baryonx seemed more concerned with Star than anyone else.
Slowly but surely, Samuel crept up to Ruby’s crossbow, picked it up, and aimed at the Baryonyx. He nocked a tranq arrow, pulled the string back, and with swiftness shot at it.
Pew!
It hit it right in the head, and the Baryonyx became more focused, letting out a shrill roar and beginning to chase Samuel. Samuel, with sudden speed, loaded and shot another tranq arrow at it.
Pew!
Once upon a time.... I was near the beach side as a lowly level barely starting out near herbivore island I found a little poop dino with blue feet waddling around on the beach. It was a Lystrosaurus and he was just having a good time I decided I wanted to tame this little guy and so I did. That is how Blue Socks joined the very small family I had. I spent time with him, played with him, pet him and all was well but one thing , he couldn’t ride my raft from one side of the river to the next so I needed by boy to swim as fast as his little legs could! I whistled for him to follow and I gave him a good petting before we swam, I then swam to the other side and awaited him on the beach side. Then out of nowhere blue lights began coming it was the evil jelly’s, but it was already to late I couldn’t save him they swarmed Blue Socks and all I could do is watch as he was electrocuted to death by a dozen Jelly’s. Kill them.... kill all the jelly’s, Rip and Tear till there is nothing left....
One time, on aberration, a map I dont play in a lot, I brought a hazmat suit and a drake and decided to tame reapers. The fist part went good, me and my buddy Jeff got lost but he said he was in a ricer. I saw the purple death river, and went into there. It is then when I took damage, and tried to get out of there. The drake got stung by so many jellyfish and could not do anything I tried to help but they broke my hazmat suit and we died. Rip 170 mutated yellow drake.
These things are so annoying
When I go my trike called Mejoberry out to explore I accidentally hit a Parasaur so obviously Mejoberry attacked and ran into the water with it and when I followed I look behind me and a group of like 6 of these dumbos would think they would attack each other but NO they came a killed Mejoberry and all my loot :(.
RIP Mejoberry :((
I feel like they should make the jellies not track and the follow you like a heat seeking missile. The dossier describes them as a passive jellyfish that floats aimlessly, and that would be TOATLLY FINE IF THEY REALLY DID THAT. These are supposed to be simple minded filter feeders, not blood thirsty killers. They don't even eat the meat why are they so aggressive, devs please nerf these dudes so they just float around in groups, I absolutely hate it when every single egg yolk knows when you enter the water, I know it's just a game, but this kind of detection is biologically impossible, jelly fish can only sense things that brush by their tentacles or move only a short distance away from them, they can't hear, or see, so tell me why these radioactive craps want anything to do with the deformed human trying to tame a dolphin. Please nerf, the ocean is so cool but its pretty much a death trap due to the jellies. They have nothing to gain. There is so much content and valuable stuff down there and yeah it's supposed to be dangerous, but we expect to be hunted by ancient sea predators, underwater titans, and the true horrors of the deep, NOT A GLOW IN THE DARK TRASH BAG. please at least lower their aggro range, yes real jellyfish are deadly, but they only kill the idiots who get too close and touch them, these things kill people because they hunt you down. I'm not saying remove them, but i just want them toned down. Thank you so much to every one who actually read my entire rant, have a great day.
