Use a megaldon charge it and attack while their distracted take them all out need a high health easy bio toxin

These suckers are able to spawn anywhere in water, including near your base.. I think the best way to take these guys out is to use your mount and sit in the water near them, wait for them to come at u and lead them to shore and take them out with a ranged weapon like a gun or bow or a cross bow, them once u kill them harvest them for bio toxin

If you are a noob and currently dont have any far range weapon like slingshots, bows etc, try luring it to the shore and killing it with a spear

One time when I tamed a megalodon, four of those things came in and killed it the moment when it was tamed 😡

Simply shoot it and it's pack with a bow when you are above water. After you do that, harvest it's bio toxin whenever you can. It is very helpful for taming.

Just use a force tamed Spinosaurus with a good knockback. My level 3 can 1 shot these pieces of crap and has good knockback. Now all I need is to get from level 38 to level 71

Sarco was killed by 20 of these suckers in one place. I got a frickin spino 2 minutes later that was better than my sarco. Sarco used to be best tame

Squids easily farm these because of their long reach

If you have some difficulties to find them, you can hunt by night and with a raft, as they are phosphorescent they are easyer to recognise and to aim.

If your mount has high health let it attack it while you swim away grab a pike and stab it to death

So, fun fact, they have a shorter range than a pike or spear. So you can just swim backward while stabbing them to save your megalodons, sarcos and other stupid tames.

It says the won’t attack you unless you’re “in close proximity to them” but in reality you will see it move away to tame something and by the time you knock it out it is already too late.

Always watch out for these when you are swimming as that will stun you so you can’t fight and killl you and your Dino if your riding one

Don’t use melee weapons use bow or crossbow

Well there is a glitch where it will come on land and hurt or kill everyone you love.i was walking on the beach with my adolescent Dodey jr.(Dodo), I decided to take a walk on the beach,I saw a threat(jelly b####rd)so I came at it with my pike,I hit it came on land,mudered Dodey jr. then died(😭✌️R.I.P.)

All you have to do to kill one is stand on the shore with a bow or crossbow and shoot them make sure you stay out of the water while shooting them. Yeet.

Cnidaria stun for 5 seconds at a time which leaves you with a 1 second window to get in an attack so IF one grabs you, face it and hold down your attack button with pike or sword equipped and hope you can kill it before it kills or knocks you out. When fighting a swarm of them, the stun effect overlaps and you’re SOL. DON’T FIGHT MORE THAN 2 AT A TIME.
