Turrets don't target them, keep it in mind if you're building an underwater cave base.

All you have to do to these guys is lead them to shore, once they can’t go any further onto land go and swim beside them. They will glitch and slide onto land causing them to die and you basically get free resources from them. You can use this tactic for other underwater creatures like piranhas but it doesn’t always work with piranhas

If you want to safely kill these jerks use a Basilosaurus , they are immune to the shock effects

Ride along the snow beach coastline where the pearls spawn and you'll be stocked on biotoxin in no time.

Holy Moly I hate these guys! It killed both me and my two sarcos, always traps me when I go out to the water, and first time i went to go harvest oil in ocean it was pretty far away from me but when I got onto my megalodon it was right in front of me and almost got me! I hate them so much. Please destroy them >:3

They will destroy your team. I had a team of like 20 mediocre dinosaurs. (Paras, dilos, a couple of spiky turtles, a couple dodos etc) it decimated like a little less then half of them

i was going to my base after tame a GIGA and three of these MFs killed him i already named him ted 😢😩 he was lv150 too😭😭😭

For the people who lost their gigas just make a large raft it's simple and for beginners don't investigate those blue circles in the water it's a cnidaria so be careful these olmost killed my frog rocky while trying to tame a Meg and respect for losses that happened 😢😢😢

They will knock you off your tame leaving you paralyzed as they surround the tame and give it more volts then the electric chair. Do not get stung on a Pelican

Make sure to bring a básalo or you are basically cooked

They will stun you so stay back and use a Bow

Always carry a crossbow and/or harpoon gun when travelling underwater to deal with these guys. Make sure to keep your distance unless you’re on a basilosaurus, otherwise they will stun lock you and your tame. Good luck out there 👍
