I will kill them from distance with a crossbow,to kill these you have to aim up on these and aslo these guys has so much less health they will die before they even approach you,but if u didn't see these then that is tha last moment for u or your tame. I hope this is usefull

my level 53 (Nilah) and level 61 (Spiny) spinos were actually able to take these guys out with no problem. they saved my mesopithicus (Maverick).

"won't attack unless approached" is a LIE. These things are the ones who approach ME, and then they swarm me. If theres any body of water with them I have to IMMEDIATELY get out of there.

On ARK: Mobile, these guys can spawn at beaches, or at the ocean floor. On ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition, these guys can spawn literally at any depth in the ocean.

They drop a pretty neat resource called 'Bio Toxin' when killed. It can be use as a steonger alternative to the Narcotic. It can also be used for a new 'Shocking Tranq Dart' which can shock the target and add a substantial amount of torpor. Perfect for knocking out Quetzal's.

HOW TO COUNTER THESE LITTLE SH*TS! First off the archelon which is that huge turtle, the archelon is very strong and immune to the Cnidaria attacks, and is great for farming bio toxin. Second the baryonyx, specifically the spin attack, these shred the cnidarias, the only downside of this is if they shock the baryonyx you get stunned and fall off it, so just hope he’s strong enough to kill them on his own. THIRD, THERE IS NO THIRD 😭😭

Ok, so I was once taking a swim while my tames were near the shore and when I look to my right, these guys showed up and I swam for my life but the shocked me so when I took my spear out and hit one of them my tamed came over and started to attack these jellyfish...

WORST THING IN THE GAME!!!!!! They will stun your tame and kill it, regardless of the level. Only the basilasaurus is safe. If they sneak up on you with your mosasuar, they will kill you and the mosasaur

A great way to kill these early on is to chuck spears at them from the shore

Use the basilosaur, it’s not affected by the jellyfish it’s ability

I rather fight 5 gigas than these things, thats because they are stronger than 5 gigas! Whatever you do, dont step on the water, they are aggresive and can silently sneak up on you and stun lock you. First, look in the water to see if there are any, then if there is, Shoot all of them with a ranged weapon. Then you're done.

Was trying to take care of an alpha Megalodon that kept attacking anything that set foot in the water near my base. As soon as I went in with my Sarco that I had literally built for killing this thing, 5 of these pulled up and ended it instantly. DEATH TO ALL JELLIES
