FYI this thing killed my lvl 236 Mana so I started a new sport! It’s easy! Grab a journeyman, mastercraft, or ascendant simple pistol, butload of bullets, make a raft, get on raft and start shooting! It gives lot of bio toxin so yeah 10/10 would do daily try it it really fun!

I will kill them from distance with a crossbow,to kill these you have to aim up on these and aslo these guys has so much less health they will die before they even approach you,but if u didn't see these then that is tha last moment for u or your tame. I hope this is usefull

Was trying to take care of an alpha Megalodon that kept attacking anything that set foot in the water near my base. As soon as I went in with my Sarco that I had literally built for killing this thing, 5 of these pulled up and ended it instantly. DEATH TO ALL JELLIES

Cnidaria have a very large aggro range. They can't move very fast but you'd be surprised how've often they'll appear right behind you while you're in your inventory. Without a basilo, I kill them with my crossbow. NEVER look at a group of jellies and think, "Eh, they're far away enough. I can get into my inventory"

Lure them to near the surface and kill them from land.

While they are dangerous they are the greatest source of narcotics in the game. They give what’s called bio toxin and this will make torpor rise faster. If you want to kill them safely lure them to a raft and then crossbow them down. They are fairly weak so you won’t need many shots to slay them. Your greatest worry will be the sharks but if you can kite them into these guys you will find it works to your benefit.
