For those of yous that play on console do this.If u lose ur Dino to something close the application straight away and go back onto ark your Dino will b safe and you will b back where the game last saved which won’t b as soon as soon as your Dino died hope this helps🙏

Basilosaurus is the by far the best way to kill these things. Doesn't get shocked. High level ones harvest hundreds of biotoxin in minutes with no threat.

Once grabbed they won't let go till dead I had a Lvl 215 spino and was having a jolly swim then BANG WAM I get jumped by 8 jelly bastards and the spino died :(

When it says a 50% death risk with your fist idk if its talking about the jelly fish or you

i remember one time i shot the jelly with a crossbow and it tried to get me so i ran away and i was fast enough to get on land but then the jelly got to the surface ( bcoz it tried to get me ) and died.i have just avenged my diplo 1 up = 1 rip for barnie

Basilasaurus is pretty much immune to these guys attacks.

These guys are annoying when i step in the water they attack and kill me. I know this jellyfish species its the deadly box jellyfish that that kills you in the ocean. Me and my carbonemys are swimming in the water to find dossiers and box jellyfish attack me and dies. 1 like= remove box jellyfish

Step 1: Tame a basilosaurus

Step 2: Equip a saddle on it

Step 3: MURDER EVERY JELLY YOU FIND AND AVENGE YOUR FALLEN TAMES!!! SHOW THEM WHAT IT’S LIKE TO DIE WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO FIGHT BACK!!!

These things killed my ichthy once😢 pls pray for every tame killed by one of these monsters🪦💔

Ummm funny story so I just tamed a titan ok and I decide to swim back to my base with it and I see these things an I thought they wouldn't do anything but.... it got my titan and after 5 hours of trying to escape it killed my titan his name was Billy

If u are an early gamer & think that jellyfish are annoying, heres what u do.

1. Locate jellyfish.

2. Put a billboard on the beach next to the jellyfish and paint it a different color that u will be able to recognize.

3. Go into a hut and craft a Slingshot. Load it with stones. About 100 stones will be good. If that makes u encumbered, then put the materials u need to get rid of in a Storage Box or tame so u can move.

4. Hold Slingshot, destroy billboard, craft a thatch floor in the billboard's place.

5. Stand on floor.

6. Shoot Slingshot at jellyfish.

7. They cannot reach u.

8. They will die.

9. Kill all jellyfish (they spawn three at once).

10. Go and grab the Bio Toxin.

11. Destroy thatch floor.

12. Repeat on multiple clumps of jelly.

13. Green arrow if helpful.

Dismount your Dino when ambushed by jellyfish, whistle follow then swim down deeper. After the initial shock wears off the Dino finds it easier to escape downward unmounted. Don't necessarily wait on it either, swim to a safe distance and it will catch up.

The basilosaurus is not effected by the stings making it easy to kill them with it

Is there a mod that removes these and eels from the game?

Basically useless unless you kill it because they give bio toxin witch is 2x better than narcotics. Well also usefull if your getting raided by under water creatures with these. That's Basically all.....
