I built a base at lake, around the water there are loads of these dino beavers. I went to get the stuff from the dams, while I was doing that heard the beavers attacking me and my argy. We both died. Don’t steal from them they will attack!!!!

Digging into their dams is worth supplies, until you have to tell your friends you were killed by an angry beaver.

If you ever encounter a casteroids around, there is likely a dam nearby( it looks like a tent made of sticks). They contain lots of wood, cementing paste, and rare ingredients and resources(silica pearls, rare flowers and mushrooms). However, make sure you get rid of the beavers first, since they become aggressive if you loot the dam.

These guys are relentless! They will chase you like you own them money if you open the inventory of their dams. Your best option is to take everything in the dam and let yourself die and come back for the loot.

To empty a Beaver dam(always completely empty to allow more to spawn), open Iventory of dam, then immediately close it and jump on a semi quick tame(preferably a bird). The beavers will now follow u anywhere. Lead them far away, or over a ledge then return and empty tha dam. *this has to be done for each individual dam.

A 270 one killed a 280 mantis on it’s own

It took an hour to tame ONE! ONE I SAY! It took 69 tranqs and a few games dying. Pls like in memory of baby paraceraithium

If you want to get the resources from the dams these guys build then what I usually do is get one of my bigger dinos (Bronto or Diplo) bc they can carry a lot and I go rly close to the dam with my dino and open the dam to gey the resources and quickly get on my dino and run back to my bace, where I have a wall of spikes to keep bad dinos away , and now you have more resources, lost no health and an other use for your big dinos. I stole some mushrooms flowers and cementing paste they came and killed derik the dilo I swore revenge I killed them all

These creatures are very touchy about their stuff. Just take a naughty peek into their dams sometime, you'll see.

If you are hunting these dudes shoot it from far away then when it gets close use a pike to finish it off I suggest you have good armor and a crossbow

I was just sailing around on my newly built raft when I came across a beaver dam I look inside don’t take anything and two seconds later on beaver is mauling me I ran inside my raft closed the door look out the window think I’m safe then the beaver starts attacking me through the floor so I start to sail away go to a different part of the island to chop some trees then I see the beaver is back and is pissed we fight I win but I go back to my raft and it’s half gone. DO NOT mess with these guys they will hunt you down like the guy from Taken.

Knock them out and steal anything in their dams, they will wake up knowing nothing

So I was by a few dams and I decided to raid one so I took some of the stuff and no beaver came so I went back and took more stuff and no beaver came now I’m confused (I’m on ark mobile)

These creatures are found usually in packs, I would suggest picking it up with an argy or queztal then bringing it back to your base and taming it.

Once you touch their dam or take the stuff, they will chase you till the end of the earth, even if you go away, if you come back they will remember you

Use a grappeling hook to repel from your argy ...play mission impossible theme...profit

Dude… I just wanted mushrooms. Don’t hide cool stuff in your den if you don’t want me to steel it!
