It is overall very useful tame. First knock it out with slingshot and dilophsaur venome, when knocked out force feed it green meat until the taming bar goes away and it says "dead". It has a decompose feature making it a temporary tame, but also has drag feature whcih makes you drag it with dino. Very useful as a portable storage box to store good weapon for raid.

To make a trap u need: 2 Dino gates and atleast 6 gateways. Then put the gate ways in this order 11111 1 THE LAST GATE WAY NEEDS TO have a small gap only enough for a player to go through also the first and last gateway needs to have a gate. Lure the dino then go through the gap and close the gate u can shoot it with a crossbow and tranqs until it sleeps then KIBBLE TIME¡!!!!!!!!

It’s so easy just get club that’s it grab meat

How to tame:

1. I would recommend finding a high up rock so that it can’t get to you, also I WOULD recommend a flyer so you can easily get ip a rock

2. Pound it with tranq arrows shouldn’t take too many-

3. I usually just use raw prime meat but Raw meat works as well!

1. Craft Tranq Arrow

2. Find Carno

3. Get to higher ground

4. Use Tranq Arrow to knock out the Carno (at least 5-8 Tranq Arrow)

If you don’t want to build a trap, find something tall (like a cliff) Stand on it, boom. The carno can’t reach, be careful though

Ok it is so easy to tame these things.

What to bring:

Like 50 traq darts

22 narcotics

3 stone fence foundations

3 stone doorways

Place them in a strait line and lead the carno

After let it hit the wall and just traq it

Run around the wall while it runs at you and just let it hit the wall

When it starts running away if you have good movement speed then you can keep up with it

This is very useless just go and tame a spino it’s way better and more useful so don’t waste your arrows I would say I have tamed 10 of them and they die on very trip to a cave so just get a spino or a Rex but they are better then a raptor so maybe if you want to get to mid game but still if you have enough arrows just get a spino :) if you think I’m right up no down

If ya’ll can’t get this thing on the ground with a slingshot then… get better

When taming I suggest using 4 reinforced dinosaurs gate ways and 4 dinosaurs gates with a large bear trap in the middle

Step 1. Find carno

Step 2. Hit it on the back (DONT GO NEAR THE HEAD!!!)

Step 3. When it starts running chase it

Step 4. Shove about 80 or 60 meat in it

Step 5. Feed it narcoberries from time to time (optional)

Step 6. Enjoy Ur new monster

If u go to the swamps and take a high bellez bufo Then find a carno and hit him until he runs away after being all tuff and all and then falls unconscious tame him or if there’s a low level carno like a level 1 and you have 500 health like me punch em so hard till he falls unconscious this ain’t. Enough about traps, wasting arrows- using difficult to get dinosaurs at beginner levels.

Get to level ten.

Get berries, mejoberries 100 and throw it in your last slot. Mkay? Stay with me.

Run to the flat lands, look at a zebra/horse. Jump on it and feed it every thirty second till tame.

Run over to carno island and tame your self a goddamn carno.
