Who would want to tame this guy they are fast but they can’t hold their own against anything bigger than them

Unless you are new to the game their just a annoyance.

If you peeps carnotauruses are too fast that can attack dinos and me and retreat to your house that will find you but if you run you your getting attacked on sight remind of bork eating his food while encountering the monstrous nightmare

How to easily tame a carnotaurus

Step 1:find one

Step 2:look around it’s surroundings

Now

There two scenarios

One

It get stuck on fu- rock

Or two

It’s in wide open areas

Let’s start with two first

Step 3:make a trap(the trap would contain one wooden foundation,8 wooden door frames and two ramps.first,put down the foundation and 7 door frames

Lure the carno into your trap,and after that you just need to add in the last thing

Step 6 feed it raw prime meat or mutton and put raw meat just incase

It’s a easy tame, and good for farming meat and defending yourself in earlier areas.

You can use higher tier kibble for better taming effectiveness a lvl 100 carno on X2 taming rates gives 65.3% with one piece of tier 5 kibble.

Are animals hard to tame when they lose topor at a high rate

Well here is a tip

1.kill blue jellyfish things

2. Harvest there biotoxins

3. Feed to unconscious animals it’s +80 topor

Watch out for these guys they can do bleed damage (im pretty sure) they also wont stop untill they kill you and camp your body but they are also very dumb if you have any flyer you can just lead them of cliffs and be on with your day.

I just has ab up right tip not about carnos...its only if ur on playstation if u die dont get ur loot hit the ps botton wich is the middle button then hit the options button then hit X, X AGAIN BOOM GET BACK IN might have lil bit of progress taken away but u have ur loot back 👆if it helped

If you are taming a carno without a trap get the high ground.

Make a raft with a stone door frame taming trap on it then scoop up a carno by driving into it. From there you just need to knock it out ,keep it asleep and give it some meat.

Carnage (Carno age) if is red or black

these thing are killing machines! get a whole pack of these and upgrade damage and movement speed!

small traps and bolas dont work on carno

Use net them teanq darts will be knocked out quickly

If on playing on Abb they are the only bleeder, as well as the Abb variant is the only one that can go in rad.

I’m a beginner so please help me. There’s a carno along the beach next to me. I have a few weapons and narcotics but I don’t have traps.

I am fairly new to ark but I have my fair share of dying to these buggers. So.. I waited until I got enough nets for my harpoon launcher and caught one like that. Shoved some prime meat down it's throat and there ya have it. At the time of writing this, I now have a lvl 68 carno.

UGH i was taming a level 90 carno cuz i alway wanted a carno then i went back to base to get spiked wall for my carno i was taming him in the swamp then when i came back…. HE WAS GONE HE WAS AT MAX TORPOR HE COULDNT HAVE WOKEN UP There was also no item cache now i cant find him i was preparing to tame him for so long now i cant find him :(
