How to escape a carcha, have a flyer or really fast tame

So first find a charcha they can be found wherever gigas spawn then kill some dinos like argys Or other things baby rexs give it 100% trust rember that when you taming it then when it's fed ride it and kill wild dinos Or you could tame something and kill it before you star taming it and then cryo it and give it to the charcha and then when the meter is full boom you got a charcha

How to tame

The Carcharodontosaurus is a very powerful dinosaur

But you only need a few things to tame this dinosaur

1: two tyranosaurus rexes, [both need to be opposite gender]

2: cryopod [or just make the baby rex follow you]

3: four stone dinosaur gates

4: one to three large bear traps

5: [optional but highly recommended] fast mount such as raptor, gallimimus or deinonycus

Note that the carcha cannot break stone dinosaur gates so it has the same affect as metal dino gates

Step 1 needs items from section three, four and five

Step 1:Place the stone gates into a square shape BUT only place three sides of the square and save one gate place all your bear traps in the center of the gates and

Bait the carcha via shooting it.

Run from the carcha and jump over the beartraps through the gate the beartrap will trap the carcha and give you enough time t run around the trap and place a gate behind the carcha

now youve got it trapped!

Step 2 needs items from section one and two

Step 2: make the two adult tyranosaurases have their "intimate time" and hatch the egg. Dont get to attached to your adorable killer you need to cryopod the baby rex and bring it to the trap i recommend staying away from the carcha so it doesnt kill the rex

Uncryo the baby rex and wait a second

You need to wait for about 25 seconds since there is a glitch that happens when you kill an uncryopod dino the second you uncryo it.

After the recommended wait time blast that thing to its grave and drag it infront of the carcha

Wait for the carcha to dk its smelling animation walk up to it with the body drop the body of the dead baby rex and step back the carcha will eat it

Now you have its trust!

Now finally since it fully trusts you you can demolish the gates and ride the carcha [W/O saddle but you need tk craft saddle later on]

Now go on a rampage kill anything that moves with the carcha and you got yourself giga 2.0!

Don’t try to tame it when it’s a ault

To fill the friendship meter, you must bring it corpses. The amount of friendship gained from a corpse is dependant on the corpses drag weight. For example, a managarmr with 250 drag weight will fill up the friendship meter by half, where as a yutyrannus with 500 drag weight will fully fill up the meter. (Note that this works with baby creatures) I’m fairly certain that the actual taming of the carch (killing creatures) is based on their health. So the more health a creature has, the more taming affinity it will reward. Hope this helps :)

Been looking for about 2 real world weeks for this creature and I still can’t find it. Done all the videos and tips on how to find it and stuff. Won’t even let me summon a tamed and wild Carchar. Anyone else having this problem?

These do have the same spawns as gigas btw so if your looking for a Carcha look where you would find a giga.

Cryo a baby rex kill it and bring to the charchar it gives instant 💯 trust then go on your rampage while riding it to tame one

You don't need a trap if your using a Rex baby, just hold the body of the baby Rex in your hand and walk up to it, it will sniff the air which means it wants the body your holding, and I found out that a lvl 55 carchar gets 4.5% per baby Rex. So if you wanted to, breed 23 baby rexes, 24 if you include the first offering, and throw them all out on the ground and unclaimed them. Cryo sickness don't matter. And boom, you have a carchar, no wandering about and killing what you can find. I am on a dedicated server using 2.5 taming rates

@NOOBLETS on YouTube has a great video about taming these, it’s about 15min. Well worth it.

Alr so first find yourself a good lvl carcharo Athen trap it I recommended metal gates small ones and a huge bear trap Athen find animal or Dino to kill to feed I recommended wooly rhinos Athen after you feed it 2 rhinos or 3 or whatever it’s trust bar will go up when bar is full it will let you ride it and you and your buddy carcharo kill anything you see Rex’s brontos or whatever is around athen !!BOOM!! You officially tamed Carcharodontosaurus

How to tame better giga:

1. Just trap it with simple giga trap then leave render or rejoin.

(rejoin only on SP)

2. Baby rexs, spinos and gigas will give it instant trust, so kill ur baby rexs, spinos and gigas and feed it to the carchar

3. When trust bar is at full, ride it and kill as many creatures as you can. (rare flower recommended)

4. You will instantly dismount when tame bar is at full so then you have a better giga. (Will still get nerf tho)

Btw saddle is unlocked at same level as giga saddle (lvl 96)

He looks like a carno and giga combined. Very strong

if you’re ever needing xp for levels, KILL THESE BABIES

they give more xp than a baby giga. one level 90 will give you at least a 2 levels with a broth of enlightenment.

broth of enlightenment + toilets and an xp event? you’ll get levels like no other. to level tames you have to sit on the tames to have the xp be given to them, but you will NOT receive any.

You can kill a baby diplo and get 100 friendship.

Baby Rex gives 100% useful if have some lying around

Literally just tamed this, do not trap it. I tried and it bugged out. Cryo a baby Rex, take it a little ways away from the carcho, kill the baby rex, and carry it over slowly. It’ll sniff the air, look at you, then eat it. The baby Rex will fill the trust bar. Immediately get on and kill everything in your path. You only have like 500 or so seconds. Good luck.

If you can’t find any of the carchas look for places where gigas normally spawn lots such as the desert or highlands on the ragnarock

It gives 4x more xp than a giga so use baby carchas to level up faster!
