All you need is a baby rex, unclaim it and kill it, then aproach carca and when it starts sniffing drop it.

Bring few baby rexes just in case.

Hey, this is the person who experimented taming these multiple times and wrote that long ass method on how to tame it. I’m back with a similar method on how to tame, but only applies if you have a buddy or two. Build your square trap made out of metal behemoth gateways and attach the needed gates (dinosaur gateways might work too, just make sure they’re made of metal). Make sure you have a space to enter and exit. Build large bear traps at the end of the trap (farthest away from the side you want the carcha to enter). You’re gonna use your friends as bait, so you might have to play rock paper scissors to decide who takes it for the team. Put your bro or any number of people behind the bear traps and have them shoot the carcha to lure it into the trap. One or both of them may die, but it’s a sacrifice you’re willing to make. When the carcha is attacking your homies and/or stuck in the trap, SHUT THAT DAMN DOOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Kill some animals (gallimimuses, trikes, and wooly rhinos are good examples) and stick them into the trap. Get out of render distance so the carcha will eat it. After eating, the carcha will be a little ornery. This is normal. Get an argy or any carrying animal and scatter a bunch of animals around the area. Get your argy or your carrier tame out of harm’s way, far from the trap as possible. Keep feeding the carcha carcasses until the trust meter goes green, and when it is, ride the carcha and kill many animals as you can.

If you have tamed the carcha, congratulations, you’ve done it!!

If the time that the dinosaur is chill is running out and you’re not far into taming progress, ride the carcha back into the trap and repeat the process.

5.000.000.000th One here :D, idk what to say other than I’m exited to welcome this Dino to the ark, I’ve heard it has yuty abilitys, and has a rage, as in increased dmg every bite!! Definitely going to be an amazing new Dino to toy around with! Stinks cuz it’s coming at the end of the year… BUT WHO CARES :D

Modded so this tip probably won’t help much but if you have the no untameables mod I would reccomend going to a titanomyra queen nest and then attacking it and waiting a few seconds before eating the ants that come out the nest to build bloodrage fast

So if u are looking to find one of these guys in ragnarock I always find them on the beach at the highlands BUT BEWARE THEY SPAWN WITH BIG BOI GIGAS!

You have to feed it a creature as soon as you feed him the first time! So stock up on bodies and just have it close to you (not to the carchar or it eat them to and won’t give any more friendliness)

I really hope it’s on scorched earth so we can have the scorched earth giga

Use 4 METAL gates and 2 LARGE bear traps cryo baby dino( REX,SPINO,BRONTOSAURUS) and murder the baby and offer it up to the carcha and get on it and ride,kill and repeat

I don't know why people are saying level stam over melee maybe it's a pvp thing but in pve i would say full melee just because it is already way more mobile than a giga and surprisingly very close to its damage considering it has no mutations. All I can say is RIP giga carcha is the new king

You can actually tame him without traps or anything all you have to do is sneak up with your food of choice (1 baby rex, 1 baby spino, or 3 baby theriz) and feed him it. It works better with two people and i suggest letting him have a distraction to destroy such as a big gate.

And then for the second part just bring rare flowers and its just that easy!

Take a army of baby rex to him and he is your

They spawn at giga spawns

If not there you! Have to kill it!

And a carcharodontosarus will have a giga or carch

It just came out like a day or 2 ago from what I understand. You grab a dead body or a few and get in his face and he will eat it. It will fill he’s friend bar and then you ride it and kill everything and fill it’s tameing bar!

I think it’s a cool way but it’s dangerous so good luck!

If you get cryo sickness because like me you forgot to turn it off, then just use stem berries or stimulant to wake any creature up

Use these for pvp they destroy lower tier Dinos get buffed from it and can go on to shred larger Dinos.

I found a 150 while flying around in a pteranodon. I ran out of stam

In a desperate attempt to save my ptera, I whistled follow and suicided. Then, I used my Argy to lead my pt away.

The problem: now there is a 150 carcha that walked down onto the western approach.

The big peoplem: my base is on the west approach.

The huge problem: I had passive rexes there

Relieving fact: they are baby rexes destined for being carch food

The gigantic titanosaur-stomp sized problem for the other creatures:

A tamed 224 carch named cupcake killing everything

To instantly fill the trust meter, feed it a baby T-Rex.

Same it’s gigantic and awesome looking
