My Life as an Ark Noob. Chapter 3 (I’m going to change the main characters name to Roy)
As Roy frantically searched for his attacker as a small dinosaur came rushing out of the nearby bush. It started to attack his dodo. Roy rushed over with his axe and started bonking the smaller Dino on the head. Soon it laid there motionless and dead. He felt bad as he scraped the hide and meat of the deceased Dino. He made a campfire and started to roast the meat on a spikit above the fire. He picked some more berrys for his dod and fell. Asleep looking up at the stars…

The Terrible Demise of Tortuga
Chapter eighteen.
“Finally! Class is over!” Jack told Jay. Emma had gone off to talk to her friends and Andrew. “What should we do now?” Jay asked. Jack shrugged. Then something caught his eye. A man moving through the shadows in between two buildings. “Look! Let’s follow him!” Jack exclaimed to Jay. They quietly snuck along behind the man hiding every now and then as the man looked around as if he was being followed. (Which he was) At last he came to… a sewer lid? He looked around one last time then flipped it open and slid downward and pulled the lid behind him. Jay and Jack did the same. A strange sight beheld them down in the “sewers”. The place did not look like a sewer. It was tidy and very clean. There were various size crates sitting here and there. They crept down the rest of the hallway quickly until they came to a large rectangular room. There were not a lot of crates in their but there was a punching bag, and a training dummy and on the walls were dartboards. “Where are we?” Jack pondered out loud. “What are you doing here?” A voice behind them asked. The boys started. They turned around to see the man they had been following. He had short brown hair and green eyes and he looked like an older version of Eric. “Who are you?” Jay asked. The man frowned. “I’m sorry, I’m under the impression that I asked you a question before YOU asked ME a question.” He said. “Um..we were following you.” Jack stated. “Now who are you? And where are we?” The man sighed and muttered something under his breath that sounded a lot like “teenagers”. “My name is Josh Swan and we are in a old bomb shelter area that everyone has forgotten about.” The man said. “Wait you’re Eric’s father?” Jack asked. Josh nodded. “Yep.” The twins noticed that he had a sword strapped on his belt in a sheath. “Now go away. I’m busy. And don’t tell anyone about this place….last thing in need is to get arrested….again.” Josh told them, muttering the last part under his breath. “Can you fight with swords?” Jack asked him. Josh sighed again. “Yes. But don’t tell anyone that either. Weapons aren’t allowed here.”
“Can you teach us?” Jay asked. Josh started to refuse but Jack interrupted him. “Or we’ll tell people about what you’re doing.” Josh grunted. “Fine. But you will call me “Captain Swan” when you address me. Do you understand?” He asked them. “Yes sir, yes sir!”
He gave each boy a “plastic sword”. “Are these ACTUALLY plastic?” Jay asked Josh. “Of course! …….just don’t hit each other with it.” Josh said. Jack and Jay looked at each other with wide fearful eyes. “Now, do y’all know the first rule of using swords?” Josh asked. “Um…don’t cut yourself?” Jay asked. Josh smirked. “No THAT is rule number….twelve. The MOST important rule is…it’s all about the footwork.” Josh said. The boys gave him questioning looks. “Fighting with swords isn’t waving your flimsy sword around at another person, it’s ALL about the footwork. Kind of like… a dance. The way you groove is the way you move. And your sword will move with it.” And so he began to teach them and at the end of the lesson they agreed to meet with him again after school tomorrow.
Emma met the boys once they were done with their lesson. “Where have y’all been?” She asked. “Nowhere.” They said quickly. Emma glanced at Jay’s face and saw a sharp cut on his cheek. She gave them a doubtful look. “Whatever. Let’s go. Mom and dad should be home soon.” She turned and began to walk away. “I can’t wait to do more lessons with… Captain Swan tomorrow.” Jack whispered to his twin excitedly. They grinned at each other.

Chapter 19
Fury wondered where the dragon would first get an obelisk piece. ‘Hmm,..maybe she would start at the red one! No no,..the green one! No wait..’ he had trouble thinking. “What’s the problem Fury?” Anubis asked Fury. “Nothing..just trouble thinking..” “about?” He asked. “Where we should start searching..I mean, I am the captain here, right?” “Of course! I was thinking she’d start at the red one.” Anubis said. “Same! But, it’s between red and green..they are great ones to start at, but I don’t know witch and where to start!” He roared. “Shhh, Mia is resting. Remember? We’re in a CAVE.” “Oh yeah..sorry..” Fury whispered. “its ok” Anubis forgives him. “I think we should start at the white obelisk.” Sorrow whispered. “Good thinking! But, red is best to start at.” “No green!” Fury roared. “WHITE!” “GREEN!” “RED!” they argued for a few hours.

“Wait, did you guys hear that?” Fury asked. “What? Hear what?” “A distant roar.” The two were confused. “Wait, a ROAR?” and so then, it sneaked right behind them! Mia woke up in a flash. “WHAT IS THAT?” She roared. “Wha-’’ he paused. “WHAT THE HECK?” Shuttle freaked.
“That is the bee called “Beyla”.” Sorrow mentioned. It started to summon it’s minions. “MINI BEES! AHHHHH! wait, their little aren’t they?” Shuttle asked. “Oh yeah, littler than us! We can beat this battle!” Fury shouted. They clawed, bit, pecked, and squeezed all they could. Fury used all his fighting techniques he learned from his mother a long time ago. Bee blood was everywhere in the cave. They could barely see. Fury and Anubis could see in the dark because they lived in a cave filled with their own kind. “We should go out the entrance! It’ll be MUCH safer!” Sorrow roared. They ran in a flash! Fury looked behind him and took his last sight of the dark remembering his own home in the kingdom, then he ran outside the cave. His scales were filled with the sunlight shining on him. Anubis was a champion. He clawed the queen bee with all his might and power. And the bee called her minions for retreat. “We won!” Roared the crowd. They ran off in a flash to look for a new place to rest. On the trip thy saw some colorful lions. “What are thoughs?” Fury asked. “They are shadowmanes. Not colorful lions if that’s what your thinking.” Sorrow said. “I wasn’t. I was thinking of what they were capable of.” “Your a mind reader sorrow! That’s what I was thinking of!” Shuttle said. “Ugh..” they traveled to the huddle of shadowmanes in the colorful plains. “Ahh! Get off me!” Fury struggled. “Hey!” Anubis roared. “What’s are you doing? What is your problem?” Mia shouted. “Their capturing us!” Shuttle said. “Stand down! Tell your presents or be destroyed!” It shouted. “What?? I don’t get you!” Fury roared. “You know what I mean! Now tell us!” “No!” Anubis said. “We won’t!” “Then we’ll take you to the queen!” It shouted.

Going down from the floating island was easier that going up, Jaxz carried Ron, and Nash flew, when they reached the bottom they looked down to the Pit Sea (name for the area under the floating island I explained it somewhere maybe in allo sorry if I caused confusion heh) and they saw Ping and Caesar on a small beach, They were attempting to climb the cliff face but Pings flippers caused this to be a problematic attempt, Jaxz and Nash flew down, got them up and then they made camp. “So your saying while we got knocked out, I had a weird dream, and talked to the sea queen, you guys met the dragon, figured out the same stuff I did from my vision, and got help from a secret rock drake rebellion?” Caesar said. “Yup pretty much.” Nash said. “So what is this plan you got from the drakes?” Caesar said. “I made some modifications to the plan to include your sea serpents, first we lure the dragon down to the ground with a diversion, then we attack from all sides with the drakes, gigantopithicus and sea serpents then wile the battle is raging on, you guys sneak to Fort Olympia and take out the dragons new friend,” Ron said. “with his obelisk plan out the window we can rally the other creatures of Pandora and kill him once and for all!” They all seemed to think it was a good plan, except Caesar didn’t seem convinced. “What if the Dragon just kills all our forces, and comes back to Olympia and kills us?” Caesar said “we need more firepower.” He said. They all thought about it for a wile, then Ping said “what about that Bones guy?” “That’s it Ping! we get the giga to help” Ron said. “And maybe we can raid an old Olympus outpost to get some guns for the gigantopithicus and sea serpents, that would certainly help.” Caesar said. Ron looked at the others, “guys I think we have a plan!”
