You can literally escape unscathed even by Arthros. Just jump high to escape every enemy and you will escape with the artifact. Did this countless times and NEVER died once. Good for noob spelunkers.

These animals are a must have for any tribe! They are very useful for gathering cp and chitin by killing bugs! The can jump really high and are also great for traveling in the water or long distances. They are also really easy to tame once you get them out of the swamp!

Frog fishing...Amp the speed then ride out and attack a shark. Zip back to shore where a tribemate is waiting with a giga...

Go to the water between vb 2 and 3 and start killing the eurypterids (sea scorpion). You get so much chitin silica peals and some black pearls. You should two or three shot them

Descent for bosses just buff up attack a lot and health and ride it to get rid of the spiders in the broodmother fight evades attacks easily I’ve taken down a few Rex’s and Carlos with my herd of two killer frogs. Alphas are also a breeze with the really buff frogs.

I tamed 145 w/ kibble came out 217

And i power leveled it with our grinder, got max level within an hour. I was able to get TONS of cp bc i live in redwoods

My personal favorite mount, so fast, easily evades other Dino's, can jump onto big rocks to hide. Plus if you use this as a main mount you'll gather so much cementing paste, I use my frog for everything, I pumped carry weight and even use him for metal runs, every now and then we will encounter bugs and get cementing paste as a bonus. Not to mention I keep him in my boat, one time I was jumped by 3 people (I'm solo) they had one guy glitch into my raft and attack me while I was trying to escape, my frog ended up knocking him out!! Lol he's the only reason I made it out of that one alive.

Pretty good for getting around jump heigh is amazing it's like they have 40 pound spring in there legs good for adventures if you don't have a ptera easy to knock out with a long neck riffle and tranq darts just kill the rest since they are pack animals and tranq him (they do torpor damage) works good for cementing paste from what I've heard (never tryed that) but a pretty good tame.

Babies become tadpoles which swim and look awesome.

In my opinion one of the most useful dinos out there. Not only does it EASILY obtain cementing paste, one of the most annoyingly difficult to get resources that is used in many many things mid to late game, but the thing swims like Micheal Phelps. You can swim through waters infested with megalodons and mantas because of how it swims so much faster than them. The only downsides are that it's attacks can not be aimed up, it cannot attack while swimming, it can not move backwards, and it has a somewhat small carry weight. I recommend getting one as soon as you can get the saddle. Like, right then. They are very easy to find at the edge of the swamp.

The frog is the best way to get cementing paste.so you find a bee hive and brake it then the bugs come out and you kill them but leave the queen alive and kill the bees she summons sorry if this is to hard but it's good if you need cementing paste the bees will knock you off your mount but if you could brake it fast you will be fine,
