A little heads up... players get knocked out after only 50 torpor so watch out because in 2-3 hits you can end up dead- a tip from a man that hates the dang swamp.

This is the best mount in the game narcotic attack, barley takes fall damage, it’s jumps are so high it should be a flyer, and it can swim ⬆️

These guys only attack you if you do so first. If you want to fight one, watch out for it's tongue attack: It has a very big range and tranqs you. You will definitely have to use ranged weaponry and keep your distance or shoot it from where it can't get to.

If u want to fight or tame one of these, be careful! Bc the tongue attack, in 3 hits ur either dead or totally unconscious.

Me and my friend want one and we can easy get to the swamp but we're so scared to go there. Also my friend is TOO careful. And I'm a chicken when it comes to ark. I'm so scared of losing all my stuff. But this is my fav creature and I REALLY want it

Do they attack underwater? I tamed one but seems like they don't attack underwater. I'm on Ark mobile.

My lvl 153 one killed a mosa

It had 350 melee and 3k health

If you want to deal with these guys, and tame them, make sure it's a good level, you can just use raw meat it works fine for tame the level doesn't matter too much early game, anyways make sure you have at least 2-3 bolas ready to hold it in place, I just tamed a level 55 and it took 7 tranq arrows with my crossbow. Now run up to it as close as you can (watch out for leaches in the swamp too,) and throw a bola to hold it. Once in place, fire arrows into it only every 4 seconds for better tame, once it's down look at its level and put half of its level as narcotics into it, that's all it'll need. It doesn't need too much meat, and it's sattle isn't too bad to make (considering you're gonna be LV 40 while taming this so you can ride it right away) also if you have any leaches on you, make a campfire as quick as possible and jump in it, the leaches will burn off! Hope this helped!

These guys are great mounts for speed and have alright attack

I’ve seen comments saying you need an argy to tame one you don’t. You don’t even need tranq arrows/darts if you don’t care about the lvl. You can just bola and club the big toad.

Do I really have to go into the biolumencent area on aberration to get on of theses I more worried about frozen spores then reapers and nameless even though I can get imunity by eating aquatic mushrooms

Use big level in poison cave it's full of bugs. I recommend 200+

When I went to swamp to tame and kill Kapro with my Tapejara I was attacked by Bezzlebufo luckily Titanoboa attacked Bezzlebufo I tamed Kapro though another Bezzlebufo killed Kapro before it killed me I flew the heck out of there 1 like = reviving my Kapro

When in a pickle and don't have a flying mount nearby, try and get on tall rocks as they have bad horizontal range. If you do have a flying mount, just fly above it and you should be good.
