The Basilosaurus is an excellent ocean mount, immune to jellyfish and eel stuns and resistant to dismounting effects, making it ideal for underwater exploration, cave runs, and combat. It has strong health regeneration near the surface, provides temperature insulation, carries substantial weight, and passively produces oil over time, but takes damage in very deep water.
