Baby’s must be in deeper water,20-40 ft, or they go thu food faster than you can feed.

Leave them on neutral because everything attacks them for no reason, even if they’re on passive

If u feed it with mantas near it they will attack you

It's a passive tame, no need for an extremely elaborate trap

The basilo does like 200 damage when it it tamed

One trick that works from time to time, after the first feeding leave render distance for a minute and return. Not 100% but usually will cut the wait time from the first and second feed.

Do not hit it while taming and keep every hostile away. Hitting it will make it loose it’s taming percentage.

They are at the island cove in the lower right hand corner just kill the mantas and megs when ur taming it

I encountered them in multiplayer but no forge

People say that it takes damage in the deep and you should not take it there but unless you have a very low level the damage is very little compared to the health of this creature.

Rey's swarm them you need to kill them before you tame the basilosaurus

Easiest way to get rid of their flock of mantas is use a barry to stun and kill them, they can also keep up with the basilosaurus, kill any sharks or other creatures easily and oxygen isn’t a stat on them

If you see manta around it they will attack you if you feed it

These things are just the best and if you don’t think so then try taming one and you will se the supreme power of theses under water god.

They give a large amount of oil when you kill them...try to kill all the mantas with a good baryonyx and after it you can kill the Basilo (try to find some low level ones)

Don't use kibble to tame, using mutton will give same effectiveness and you don't have to sacrifice any eggs. Using mutton is also a lot quicker as mutton doesn't give as much food as kibble so the basilo will starve quicker so you can feed it again.

So I was expecting the Taming to be more difficult....It actually wasn't that bad at all honestly but I did use Theri. Kibble as food. Now the thing NO ONE mentioned is if you ever expect to Imprint one of these it takes A LOT!!!! I literally used like 15 Eery Candy and because it wants a lot of kibble, like 15 different kibbles had to be given to it as well. (Just FYI)

Theese things are the most op underwater dinos i h've ever seen.. ( Lv 150 Basilo > lv 250 wild mosa) and i killed Alpha mosa with Over 200k hp with my lv196 Basilo no healing 1 Vs 1 Loll
