For some reason, when ever I go around the water surrounding Stone henge (near dodo island), I always find one of them just chilling by the shore with mantas. btw im on mobile

I used my Baryonyx to tame one of these guys (went to herbivore island to find one). There was SO many mantas but it was fine I used my bary to lead them to me then stun and kill them, it wasn’t hard at all. Taming was easy as well since I used the kibble. (On mobile btw), so just have a baryonyx by your side and go to herbivore island and you’ll be set.

If you're playing on mobile I found a good deal of them on the south east. Also don't have it follow you I lost mine cause of megalodons.

These guys always have a pack of mantas with them and is midpoint of the ocean

( these are also smaller than you think)

Beware. They use mantas to help them and they heal FAST!

The basilosaurus has some loyal guards with him that follow wherever it goes.

It depends sometimes all mantas(mostly 3),sometimes a Itchy with some mantas, and rarely no mantas at all with one itchy.

It's a passive tame by the way if you want to tame this beast and generates oil which is useful

I found one without any mantas near it. Is that normal? I tamed it with raw meat on mobile.

He has a beautiful singing voice once tamed

There is a big whale & small whale, you’ll know which is which when you see both. Ones alpha version will sink you on sight, but the other version is neutral. Carry on #save the dodos

So normally when you see a basilosaurus you normally encounter high level megs and manta and creepy Crawleys so be prepared with weapons!

If ya wanna know where to find these awesome whales, they are on the continental shelf of herbivore island(southeast).

I was riding my ichthyosaur clover and I saw this thing near the shore somewhere, I thought is was a mosa at first 😂, it didn’t attack my though so that’s good.

I find basilo‘s really easily in the bay at the northern tropical island on the center and it’s an easy area to tame them too 😊

They don’t do anything when attacked and regen super fast in shallow water

They don’t attack if you get near them.

At Viking bay on ragnorok they spawn sometimes but watch out for megs!

Leave them on neutral because everything attacks them for no reason, even if they’re on passive

Don't fight it its not aggressive until you attack it
