In mobile a lot of em spawn near the herbivore island , and most have no manta (with me at least) ,use a dolphin for this since their quick and if your running out of air you can easily bolt up to the surface.

I found a basilo quite near south zone it only had 2 low-level mantas and it tames fast I'm trying to get GPS to find the coordinates of where it is I'm gonna try to tame it after I get better weapons and a scuba diving set

I find them in the waters between the Herbivore island and the lava cave peninsula

This is one of those tames that is flawless this is why:oil generator, immunity to being shocked by jellies or electric eels,squid grabs,very powerful healing when near surface and it's only weakness is the deep but it's worth it

If you want to kill the mantas around it get a tanky Barry and swim around them, lead them away from the basilosaurus and stun them.

It doesn't get stung by jellyfish!! Go get you some biotoxin young lad!!

When you find one of these when you hit them with whatever any water creature nearby will attack you

So, it turns out that killing a Basilo gives tons of Oil. This thought occured to me while I decided to be a jerk on my own Basilo. So go out there on your Ocean Mount and kill so many of your basilo’s cousins and rake in so much oil you’d get America Jealous

I find them all around herbivore island on mobile for those who have asked 👍 If you want high levels tho, I can only seem to find high levels around dead island and the snow biome 🤷‍♂️

Extremely op I 1v2d a lvl 125 and 95 squid with a lvl 15 raw meat tame whale. After a long fight I killed both easily. I recommend putting in health stam and melee so that u can stay under longer, stand in fights longer, and hit harder

I live on herb island and they spawn all around me just tamed one and it's my second most powerful tame (after a spino). These r a must have in my opinion
