Level weight because this has the poorest weight of any creature i have seen

If you wish to tame an unrecognized godsend for mobile players, you’ll want the right resources.

1 - Broth of Enlightenment

To make, you will need:

5 Wooly rhino horns - obtained just by killing them and looting (its a special drop, so it should be put into a creatures inventory if ‘loot creatures’ is on.

2 of each crop - that’s two rockarrots, citronal, savroot and longrass (you will need to farm for all of these except rockarrots (if you wish) as rockarrots can be rarely obtained from jungle ferns.

A black pearl - possibly the hardest of these to get, but otters can make it easier, fishing can get you some and mobile gets free gifts which have a random chance to give you 15 (I believe) and remember, you only need one

10 mejoberries - essential for kibbles, Rockwell recipes, basically anything made through cooking

REMEMBER - YOU MAY NEED MORE THAN ONE BROTH TO TAME AN ARTHROPLEURA - the only alternatives are raw and spoiled meat and these are the ONLY alternatives - nothing else works

Water - water skin, water jar, canteen - it doesn’t matter as long as it has enough water in it

It spoils in 5 REAL hours, and if consumed gives 50% more xp for 20 minutes which is good for alphas.

When approaching, have full ghille and bug repellant - their acid spit tears through any armor and their bite is able to damage ANY STRUCTURE including tek.

Have the Broth or alternatives in your hotbar and approach carefully - be wary of other creatures. Passive feed it until tamed.

Once tamed it has the regular uses - being a mount, terrorizing the local creature population, going places like people would do - but it has some REALLY useful uses.

1. Raids in multiplayer - with the bite damaging everywhere, nothing is safe once one is tamed

2. Mobile players saviour - it is never targeted by wild creatures including cave creatures. The Artifact of the Strong is guarded by tons of high level creatures including the Yeti which is exclusively able to go above level caps - see where this is going? Yes, the Arthropleura is practically the only way to get through the cave if you play mobile. This use is applicable for other caves, but is most prominent for the Artifact of the Strong.

Players not on mobile - I know that you can take larger creatures in but listen - WE CANNOT DO THAT ON MOBILE, WE HAVE AN EXTREMELY SMALL BARRIER NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF THE CAVE.

Another thing is that this aforementioned barrier can be barely passed by the Arthropleura on the left of the barrier entering the cave.

Good luck in raiding, taming and artifact cheating.

Small note - the acid spit destroys armor.

These things are the best raid dinos on abberation. Also good for base defence but it’s better to put it to good use by destroying safes!

If you set these on auto turret mode they shred armor and are a great alternate turret

Where are these things on mobile -draconian

On mobile,they don’t aggo any carnivores. U can easily go to the yeti cave with it. Just ignore all the bats,wolves,and yetis and go straight to the artifact!

Can be used to melt through metal and tek, the ultimate substitute for C4

They are really cheap tame compared to the cost of making C4.There is no reason why you shouldn't have this guy on your side.

Great for raids since it can destroy everything but extremely dangerousif enemy has it if you have one pump damage and health

Does 32 durability damage to armor :)

Just so some idiots know THE TORPOR BITE ONLY WORKS ON MOBILE

Whatever you go near ont Agro to you and you can even attack a Dino on mobile and it won’t agro.

You can use it to cheese the yeti cave because on ark mobile nothing agros on it

the saddle may be a bit pricy early on but this creature is literally game-breaking. tame a scorpion, collect a lot of meat and wait for it to spoil, find a nice-looking high-level danger noodle and tame it while mounted in your scorpion (I recommend doing this whole process on the south cave, it's easier to navigate and to find the arthroplueras. taming the scorpion is a lot easier too, unless you get a bad layout). skidaddle your way to the cave of the strong after obtaining a fur set/resistance buff and literally farm the artifact with your arthropluera. it's not a fast mount so don't expect it to speedrun the cave, but it's the only way to cheese your way through the hardest cave in the game. the payoff is definitely worth it.

I don’t know if this is a glitch but I am hurting other stuff with this but they don’t agro

Remember, when you get loads of these guys, chip away the base of the structure of your enemies and get them by surprise

BEST CAVE MOUNT!!! You are invisible to other creatures on mobile. Even if you attack them!

Wait so... on mobile.. they lose ahri of everything? Because I’m thinking on doing a cave with one but don’t know their

“invisibility to aggro” limit... like what cave Dino’s will still aggro?
