To tame these guys we will need to feed them Broth of Enlightment, Spoil meat or Raw meat but I suggest Spoil meat if you are not that rich to spend some black pearls for this tame and using spoil meat is not that bad though combine with 1 smoothing balm will make it as good as using Broth of Enlightment. For the taming progress you could either using bug repellant(needed) and the ghilie amour(not really needed) try to approach it from behind and feed it when ever its hungry and or you could use a more complex way but extreme reliable is by tame something from the cave like scorpion(suggest) or araneo and then use that tamed to approach the centipede it won't aggro at all so you just need to sit on your mount and keep feeding, it would be great if you combine with smoothing balm, after you its tamed since it also a cave dino still nothing will aggro on you guys, y'all could just go like a boss of the cave all the way to the surface 😂

Really easy tame on mobile at least and very much worth it to run the cave of the strong and immune without anything agroing on you 🤷‍♂️ Tip: YOU MUST TAME IT IN THE CAVE OR IT WILL LOSE ITS NON-AGRO ABILITY APON CAVE RUNS!!!

So here’s what me and my tribe mate did 2 instant tames on astraeos We built a 4 foundation and put walls around it two high. Use an argy and drop it in to where its head lays out and I personally ran red supply drops until I had 2 broth of enlightements , and my official server was on 3x tame boost so I got 2 mating pair for 2 enlightenments Sometimes timing is all you need ! Just use a wyvern pick it up and throw it in the wo'ah (it doesnt use oxygen for some reason) and feed it spoiled meat.

I just tamed one of these on Crystal Isles at Eldritch Isle. They don't go passive in the water immediately, but I threw one in with my Argentavis, went into the woods to unrender the area I threw the Arthropluera, and when I came back and dove into the water, she had chilled out, and I was able to feed and tame it. I'm on 10x taming, so Idk how long the passiveness would last after the first feeding, but THAT'S how it works; it's not just magically passive just because it gets wet.

Easiest way to tame: bugg repellent + ghillie suit

Crouch walk when you get close and feed it when it gets hungry. Works every time

Easy tame on mobile, first tame an arano it's easy passive taming with spoiled meat but you must do it in a cave then it become easy to move to any cave creature and they won't agro on you so take your time to tame any cave creature including arthropluera I just did so

(In ark mobile) in water they don’t attack so you can tame with no bug repellent (how I tamed mine) but be careful other bugs do attack in water so bring a baryonyx (not in pc) and even if you attack them in water they only have a chance to agro but only in hunter and clever caves :tip best used in strong and immune caves cuz u know y right

Use bug repellant so it wont agro

Ghilli and bug spray works a treat. Just don it all and run into the caves screaming.

Place it in a 2x1x3 with an argent and tame without any problem

If you are on aberration, pick it up with a karkinos, dip it in water, this will make it deaggro, and keep feeding it spoiled meat until its tamed

So when taming use bug repellent and sneak behind it to feed raw meat or do it on scorpion

To the person wondering where they spawn.

Usually they spawn in caves in pairs

By far the best place to look for them is in hunter cave

You can lure it to water and stay below and bam

Don't do what I did and put him in a stone taming pen, I think it killed my tek para, R.I.P HONK.

My brother and I built a stone cage 2 by 3 by 3 walls high and a stone Dino gate. Then use a megalosaurus to pick it up and put it inside be careful it drops sometimes trying to get in. Once inside will stick its head out and you can tame it easily. P.S. it can fit through doorways when trying to escape
