To the cave of the strong person, just get a otter, lvl up melee damage, and you are heated. (Otters keep you warm, more with melee damage)

Avoid fighting these up close if you can, their blood is acidic & will quickly melt through whatever armor you're wearing & whatever sharp object you're poking them with. They also have an acid spit attack that will break your gear even if you're riding a mount. Bring a crappy set of hide with you since it can easily be fixed

Don’t melee an Arthropluera. Your weapon will break very fast. Use a tame or ranged weapon to kill safely.

don’t melee this, use a longneck and aim for its face (3x more damage). The reason they do so much damage is because whenever it’s touched (including grazing it slightly and hitting it with a sword) it does insane damage. died in 3 hits to this guy with 5k total armor and 300 hp.

I encountered one in the south cave,I saw 2 of these fast creeps.I thought my tamed raptor could not kill 2.So I ran to a safer place and going to prepare for attack.

If you go into a cave with these do not bring your best armor unless it is very easy to repair forgot and had to kill hundreds of penguins for pollimer wasted a whole day of ark.

Picking it up with an argy and attacking it hurts the argy.

Don’t use your ascendant 500 damage sword you got from that terror bird pursuit on them… I learned that the hard way.

If you wack it with a melee weapon he will return the damage back to you,I got one-shot with my own sword,it takes more damage from range so bow,pistol,and the best one Shotgun

They aren't scary or hard to deal with when you get a good bow

I must say that these centipede are born with something like acid in their body keep in mind that their acid is really strong to make it easy to understand their acid could damage every substance from thatch to tek, yes even tek so...ya might lose your amour if you keep encountering them. They got two moves, first is splitting their acid at the enemy doesn't care of far or close, second is a simple bite but of course with this guy their bite is much more big deal due to their acid. And for some people that might not know THEY COULD REFLECT CLOSE-COMBAT(Melee weapon) DAMAGE which mean they will reflect the damage that other creatures deal to them for example let say you hit them with a 300 damage sword boom ya health also decrease 300hp, keep in mind that it also work like this for your dinos *those who all in damage stat careful cuz you might one shot yourself 🥲 but there is a way to avoid this is by using ranged weapons like bows and guns it simply mean as long as you don't touch them you won't get reflect

This thing is stupidly overpowered it makes no sense 😡😱

It's so easy to kill them as long as you have a shotgun keep going back and aim to their head one shot is enough if you miss the second one will kill just keep your distance their bite is soooo strong

These have a ranged attack, so watch out!!

Tips for newbies: 1.Do not wear any armor when riding a dino if you want to farm chitin or when you want to go into a small cave full of these. 2.When caving, try your best to avoid any arthroplueras on your way. 3.I don't recommend killing these with a low level raptor because it can absolutely destroy your tames and you too if you're not careful. If you want to farm chitin, just kill dung beetles, spiders or pulmonscorpiuses because they don't give much chitin unless you have a sabertooth or any other good chitin harvesting tames. Goodluck caving ma guy :D

I TRIED TAMING IT! I lured three into the water so I can choose which I'll be taming together with Araneos and Scorpions but,NOOOO! IT STARTS SPITTIN' AT ME LIKE CRAZY EVEN IF I'M UNDERWATER WITH MY SABER! It destroyed my chitin armor with two shots and I literally screamed while dodging its spit attacks! In the end, I killed 'em all! *sniffs*

Don’t go into places infested with these it don’t matter how good your loot is they break your armor hella quick so beware
