Tame it while riding a scorpion. It won’t Argo on you and you can sit basically on top of it

Wear ASCENDANT SETS... The spit of this guy is worthless against ascendant armours. Heck, even mastercraft is good enough. Or use ascendant hide armour in the spawn areas of these guys (not common in the hunter’s cave but more common in the cave of the massive and the cave of the clever).

-Mobile player that wears an almost ascendant set. (flak helmet, flak chestpiece, flak boots mastercraft chitin leggings and ascendant chitin gauntlets)

Easiest way to tame with a friend is pick it up with argy quetzal or wyvern with a friend at the ground and fly it over and as you hold it your friend feeds it

The only tame that can eat metal.

You will need the following items:

Ghile suit

A weapon to defend yourself if you anger the Arthropluera

Bug spray

And taming food such as broth of enlightenment. Make sure the bug is facing away from you as it will be easier for you to tame.

Everytime I try ti tame it,I end up getting freaked out and running away though I'm on single player easy mode. But I'm gonna do it!

If you ecounter one just and want to kill it just run, weave, and jump. I killed one with just a spear and fiber armour.

Its invisible to all animals so you can just cheese through the caves and get like UNLIMITED loot

In order to breed they must be in grass

Use a cave tamed Scorpion to tame these is in my opinion the easiest way to tame

It is a pacific tame, go with a bug repellent and no equips, if it attack just run a little, its pretty simple and a good tame
