What are tips for arthropluera? Tips and strategies for arthropluera in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
Don't do what I did and put him in a stone taming pen, I think it killed my tek para, R.I.P HONK.
Please bring full cloth armor when entering caves!
They have a serious armor damage buff!
Those who say it's very dangerous are crazy. Just bring a long neck rifle, one shot or two and boom. The first time I entered the South Cave, I tamed an scorpion and it significantly helped me to take care of the Arhtros and Boas.
Most of the creatures have arrows in their loots, so if u prefer a ballesta to deal with these bad boys, you are not running out of ammo any soon.
My brother and I built a stone cage 2 by 3 by 3 walls high and a stone Dino gate. Then use a megalosaurus to pick it up and put it inside be careful it drops sometimes trying to get in. Once inside will stick its head out and you can tame it easily. P.S. it can fit through doorways when trying to escape
One of the best weapons to kill it is a ascendant pump shot gun
Range weapons do more damage to the Arturo for etc:Guns, bows
It’s armor is tough meaning if u attack it with a meelee weapon it will break easier.
With a full riot mastercraft armour he managed to get my health to half before I could kill it and I have 444 health
Rrrrrrrrrrruuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnn
I tamed one the first time I went inside a cave. In the central cave there are a lot of Arthroplura so make sure you have bug repellent and ghillie armor and rotten meat in your 10th slot.
Pick it up with the krakinos while using bug repellent on yourself and it won’t gain agro, carry it away from it buddies and you can keep it in the claws and passive tame it that way. Hope it helps!
Arthropluras are passively tamed, before you approach them, you need to use bug repellent. Here is a list of most effective to least effective taming foods:
1.Broth Of Enlightenment
2. Spoiled Meat
3. Raw Meat
The Arthroplura saddle is unlocked at level 54 and costs 30 engram points.
Use Ghille set and use bug repellent. Sneak up behind it and feed it the broth of enlightenment. Easy tame, very destructive and op.
*passive taming*
Ouch..
Tip for killing these things without breaking your armor and sword:
-use your BOW, aim at its HEAD because it's exposed and it's the weak spot, it sure works because it's a feature.
Jusy keep a distance, if you hit it with a melee weapon it's thick armor will just break or damage it pretty badly, also your armor when it bites you
Find a Arthropluera then RUN into the water. I tamed mine in the cave of the South, but the most common area is the Middle Chamber. Always bring spoiled meat if you’re going to tame one because it is very easy to get and effective. Also check if the water is clear I died last time at the Middle Chamber because there was a Meglasaurus and lots and lots of piranhas in the water.
When you enter a cave use bug repellent on you and your dino and only thing that attacks are the scorpions and the titanboa
