They are very fast and will only eat chitin. They run away when they see you or you tranq them. Breeding takes chitin too so have lots of chitin. They hide in trees and I have only seen females so Esther males are rare or I’m very bad at finding them

I also made the same mistake as the first dude to comment. To increase dino's glide, upgrade YOUR CHARACTERS MOVEMENTS SPEED.

Don’t mistake these with microraptors, but don’t mistake those for these things. The difference is that one is afraid of everything that runs away as soon as you come near it, then flies away, then the other isn’t afraid of anything that’s basically a homing missle that can’t miss, and makes things really dangerous

Make sure you DON'T mistake them for Micros. These dudes run. I've accidentally killed one thinking it was a micro. Always use a spy glass to tell which is which. Learned there half way up redwood trees have found 10 just sitting on trees

I’ve found taming them very easy if you chase them with a fast equus (or unicorn) and kick them in the face a few times.

Alright, so basically I found one of these in the wild and REALLY wanted one. But with all the fun things in the Redwoods willing to take out anything that looks at them... Well you get the idea. But when I went to a dungeon and saw a Eerie one I wanted it SO bad. So I killed that one took its creature implant, revived it at one of the obelisks and tamed that glory bird up. Now I have a light up parachute!

These are NOT rare, just hard to find. Keep a close eye on the redwood trees, make sure to circle the trees, and listen for the noise they make.

As a test for science I tried to tame one with shell fragments from Genesis. Noted those don’t work.

Build a tree platform on a red wood tree, build a cage around it and set the little one on wander to collect sap.
