Fun idea:go to the volcano with an archaeopteryx and start gliding from the top of the world until you land.it would probably take a really long time but doesnt matter

You should be able too breed to be bigger or smaller and able to ride it when at 2.6 size

first go to his inventory use remote item using chitin and it will appear on your hotbar click it many times then he/she will eat that’s how they eat (am i right?)

Which stat should i used my stat points to lv up these guy but not waste ?

It appears that you can’t open map or spyglass when holding one of these on a flyer.

Don’t recommend this as a tame as it is risky to do and takes forever and getting sap from it is annoying as heck
