Why bother taming the Areneo:
1. There easy to tame and almost always have above 90 taming efficacy
2. High levels are strong enough to take down raptors on their own
3. Start imaging what 10 could kill, now imagine what 20 could kill⦠( you get the idea)
4. Webs slow creatures down for easy taming

After the creatures replaced this many considered it useless now.to re-new this it would be nice if it had a full power climb,like megalania,maybe hav it be able to spin webs to trap creatures no-larger than a carno,to top it all off hav it spin webs around your base that produce silk and when wild dinos try to attack they get caught in the web.
Just so you know when a creature gets knocked out in a cave it doesn't wake up after the torpor's down after just like 60 seconds it will just die

Everyone thinks they're useless. But fill your inner base with about 4 on aggressive. Your enemies will be stuck in a Web. Literally.
They should make the araneos R3 ability to be able to shoot a straight stream of web and act as a grappling hook.
They should be able to climb like a megalania or rock drake, at least in mobile, because megalanias and rock drakes aren't in mobile.
The dossier says it bolas dinosaurs with its webs, spits venom, and has a venomous bite. It needs higher torpor damage a high torpor spit attack and it needs to Bola creatures that can be trapped by chain bolas. It also needs megalania/deinonychus stile climbing so it can move fluidly but also drop down and hang. Petition to makes this the true nightmare spider its supposed to be. A terror to fliers, caving, and players alike. The hybrid spider that defies nature shall be what it was intended.
On mobile only. if you tame any cave creature in a cave, nothing inside the cave, or outside the cave, or in any cave will Agro on you This only works for mobile.
Araneo needs spider web grappling hook ability. Reeling up and down consumes Araneo stamina. TLC 3 please Wildcard.
Lesser known fact for mobile. On top of being invisible to wild cave creatures if youβre riding this cave tame, you can even attack using the secondary web attack AND REMAIN INVISIBLE! The web attack does not draw aggro on mobile. Not tested on PC
Donβt underestimate these things. A dilo and an araneo set on turret mode completely blinds any would be attacker. Pair that with a raptor for the pin, and an onyc for megarabies and the armor wreck, that player wonβt know what hit them.
