You can force feed it berries or veggies after tamed Max out it's hunger and keep it on wandering you'll need to check up on it's hunger rarely as it's food drain isn't too high

Achatina drops angler gel. Most I've gotten is with a carnivore.

Not sure if it’s true(It happened to me), but hitting their dead bodies with a metal hatchet gives you angler gel.

They are found in the swamp by redwoods as well i have also seen them by the green obilisk

5 Tip for snail

#1 These things don't poop poop they poop the snail paste

#2 They are killed by almost everything it the swamp

#3 I wouldn't even waste a tame on this they make the snail paste no matter what

#5 These little guys go in their shells when you hit them

Build wood cage put on wander and it will make paste

I found a small deserted island. nothing spawns on it. With my Argentavis I've been picking up snails then dropping them in my boat then letting them out on the island and they just wander around the island and they never leave and I just pick up the paste without taming. If you put enough of them on the island you get a decent amount of paste pretty quick.

If you are on Ark mobile and are playing on a single player world, tame these as quickly as you can. Once tamed set on wander and log off. Log back on and boom!! 100 Snail paste and some free organic polymer. Take out whatever you want and rinse and repeat. ;)

Achatina taming generally requires one cake for every five levels, meaning if you want to be resource-conserving, you may want to consider taming a lower level one as opposed to high levels. They also reduce the spoil of organic polymer by 50%, acting as a natural refrigerator for it. It will not last forever, but it does increase its shelf-life. It only ever eats cakes, and nothing else. Bit of a PiTA in that regard but food drain is slow and by the time its hungry you should have more cakes, depending on where you are in terms of gameplay.

According to Fandom: Achatina in ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile drop AnglerGel. This is due to the fact that Mobile wasn't originally planned to have an ocean.

***Tested it out after searching for angler fish to no avail. Found a snail yesterday and got away with some angler gel, now I can make Therizinosaurus kibble :)

I'm sure if you put organic polymer in a cooking pot with oil you create soap. This then won't spoil. When you need it back drop it in an industrial grinder to turn it back to polymer.

These guys will produce up to 100 cement and then produce organic polymer

They produce cem paste passive in their inventory. Best way ive used them, put them in a dino pen with carnivores and put sweet veggie cakes in the feeding trough. They also produce organic poly same way. Just make sure their on wandering.

Easy way to grab them from scary areas: use Argentavis to carry them home to a snail pen. Cementing Paste for days. Plus, they’re adorable. Just make sure you have plenty of cake to keep them fed and happy.
