Ben, I’ve read “the incubator” before and I found it strange that coincidentally one of the characters was named “Moon”. Maybe it’s coincidental maybe it’s not but I still think it’s weird. The story was very weird and didn’t make a lot of sense to me and I wasn’t sure what was going on. No offense to the person who wrote it. Also I read ur newest chapter and…WHAT US WRONG WITH YOU SKYLAR!! FOR PETE’S SAKE YOU COULD HAVE KILLED RICK!!! I don’t trust her. She’s acting weird and I wonder what her power is. What’s up with her? Idk. Anyways…I can’t wait for ur next chapter! Cya around!

P.S: PrimalApex, Brutus and Peggie are the only animals in the series that can actually talk. Each normal animal kind can communicate in their own way as normal animals do.

I have mixed feelings about Tom, on the one hand I feel he’s a complete megalomaniac who definitely lost it at one point. I mean he kidnaps his niece and nephew and neglects his nephew and causes his niece to have mental issues and tried to do the same with Jay and Sylvia. He killed his father and mother and who knows how many more for power. And he wished to kill James because he blames him for Leah’s death when it wasn’t his fault.
On the other hand, I feel bad for him. He’s a broken man, and while I don’t have pity or sympathy. I do feel bad for him.

PrimalApex, WOAH your Prologue for Ultimus was really cool! First of all, cool story name, “Ultimus” sounds super menacing. Also it’s really cool how it’s a story revolving around the Extinction DLC!!! I always thought that was the coolest one. I remember I was so excited to fight the King Titan (with cheats), I even recorded it for my little brother because he was going out and wouldn’t be able to join. But there’s a lot I’m intrigued about, the backstory, and everything! It all seems so unique, who is this guy? Also it’s very sad he has to bury his friend Reuben. Now he’s alone, the “Last Man on Earth”. Super cool story so far, and if I may ask how much have you got finished? Have you always been working on this or is this recent?
SandmasterXD your new story is also pretty cool! At first I thought it would be like one of those war stories, but there’s probably going to be dinos, right? The ending sentence seems to suggest so. I think it wasn’t too boring as it helped develop the setting and the mood, and of course the characters which is always cool.
Chapter 33 is coming soon it’s 80% done. By the time you see this message it’ll probably already be finished.

PS: SunnyFox, PrimalApex I did notice Dododex went down, I think. It didn’t load in for me either. Also Warren is not a detective he is a Deputy Sheriff, just to clear confusion as they’re very different. Maybe you got it confused with Darren, who is the detective. I don’t think you need to respond though. I have a feeling someone else will cover for him ;)

Ultimus Prologue
The sun beat down on the earth’s surface. Bare and desolate, the earth dead from an aftermath a millennia before. Nothing left but empty shells of what existed. The earth is in an Extinction event, and may never return from it.
In the far distance comes a noise of metal hitting earth and dropping something the noise continues for some time. The sound was metal clashing earth and tearing earth from earth only to return it to earth. The noise was coming from a man. His eyes were covered with goggles and face covered by bandannas to keep the dust and corrupted element out of his eyes and mouth. He stabbed a pile of dirt with a shovel and placed the dirt in a hole. After some time the hole slowly disappeared. When he was finished, what was a hole became a mound. The man put down his shovel and grabbed a small wooden cross and a hammer. He put the cross down in front of the mound and pounded into the ground with his hammer.
The man took his goggles off and then took off the bandannas showing a young face with hazel green eyes. His eyes red rimmed. He rolled up his sleeves and showed his forearms with no implant. He kneeled down by the cross and said down to the grave “Sayōnara, kyūyū.” as he laid down on the ground and began to weep.
After some time, the man got up. Put his bandannas and goggles on, grabbed his hammer and shovel. and walked away from the grave. He turned and looked back at the grave.
“I will never forget you. I promise.” The man said with the sound of sobbing in his voice.
The man then continued walking away towards the mountains. He climbed up the mountains and passed a strange row of what looked like radio towers. He walked up a path along a cliff face where he walked for some time until he reached a place where the path spit to the right and left. He took the left path which seemed to end at a dead end where a land slide had occurred. He walked up to the land slide and found a crevice that lead into the mountain. The man squeezed his way through and entered on the other side…
What was written on the grave was ‘Rest in Peace, Reuben. For your death was not in vein.’. As for the man, it is inevitable Extinction for him. For he is The Last One. The Last Man on Earth. And Monsters of the Shadows wish to bring his end soon.

Ben, I read chapter 32. I very much enjoyed it!!! I remember seeing that post Detective Warren posted and wondered if it was an interactive post or someone trying to use the character as their name and just trying to sound as much like him. I wasn’t sure if I should reply back as if it was the fictional character or not respond in case someone was using the name for some reason. You’ve just played an interesting plot twist.
Sunnyfox, if you need some ideas for your story. I have some questions that could help with having some ideas (or maybe not). I don’t know exactly how far you want ideas, but most are for further in the future. (five to fifteen chapters ahead). If you want them, I’ll post them next time. Until next time though!!
