I find best way to tame is to first make about 3 cakes, than tranq it than put it inside a small building, and then tame a bee and whenever you get enough honey to make a a cake make them. You can also set up a farm to grow the crops in a greenhouse for max efficiency

Love these. I usually tame 3 or 4 and then just rake in the cp. Far easier to maintain for me than chitin/keratin hunting or beaver dam raiding.
