I was about tame one after an hour in fjordur when..."something went wrong. An error occurred"WTF!?

Yuty roars will make your dinos scared if they're not apex predators causing them to wildly move randomly for 10-20 seconds. Even if you're on a apex predator the more a yuty roars the more the fear counter grows, until it reaches 100%.

Suggest just making a trap and getting off your mount to shoot it!

This is a very good dinosaur because once you have it and you’re in like a Bossfight or something like that it is really good to have like let’s you’re using Rexis or Therezino‘s for Megatherium it’s still is such a good thing to have because it has this ruler that’s also known as the courage war that will ally Cardinals or anything like that for a short period.

It says here in dododex that in needs 33 shocking darts to tame a max level X but it took me less than 15

Easy trap, 8 metal foundations in a square, two walls high with metal ramps leading up one side, a large bear trap or 2 inside of that. Then pick up all of those and just use a net gun, they dont take too many shocking tranq or even tranq darts to take down

Bola friend and tranq it while it eats your friend up if you think more people should see this

I think that these should stay on console only because I feel like they’d be to harder to tame and if your still newer you’d get killed by them.

I put 2 meter spikes and trapped it like that it was really easy so you should try it

I keep trying to tame one but I can't they're to smart I can't do the rex trap and their roar scares my argen.

I tamed my first one with an imprinted mantis equipped with primitive clubs, it got extremely close to dying when it got knocked out it was at 174 hp so I rlly wouldn't recommend a using mantis bc if I accidentally hit it one more time it would have been dead

I just got mine stuck, so I shot the carnos and tranqed the yuty from afar

Pre build a large enough trap, 3x3 is enough and at least 2 walls high.

Find your target, use tek skiff to pick the yuty up.

It will NOT be able to roar at you while in the skiffs beam.

Drop it in you trap, keep your distance and start the KO process.

Done
