Interestingly enough, using Carno’s with a Yuty is just fine but when you command a group of four Daedons and a Yuty, combat gets interesting, have two pigs set to heal and watch the havoc ensue.

Don't waist your time trying to prepare for Jotunheim to tame one of these on Fjordur! There are plenty of Yutys in the north-west snow region of the map!!! You don't need to go to Jotunheim to tame a Yutyrannus!!

Since I’m lazy I just killed the Yuty and tamed its babies I recommend if you don’t wanna use tranq arrows or darts

You can literally trap this guy using 4 stone dinosaur gateways,2 gates and a large bear trap. I tamed 2 this way and trapped 3.(Do not take important stuff if you don't want to use bear trap cause you'll have to sacrifice to close the other door

They are easy to tame from a Quetz platform.

The X-Yutyrannus looks GORGEOUS!

I guess it lives up to it's name.

(Yutyrannus means Beautiful Feathered Tyrant!)

On ragnorak map you can find them in snowy regions, & a few in the desert. I usually find them along the river beside the huge mountain & some by thunder rock down south where the river delta is

Beware that while it has the same base stats as the Rex, it has horrendous attack speed, which results in very bad DPS. The Yutyrannus is mainly a support Dino, so pump mainly Hp and stamina (Stamina only needs to be pumped if you plan on manually riding and buffing).

Don't waste ur time on fur armor just get an otter 300% melee plus torch and full flak use a mix of prime and raw meat make 3 stackes of narcos get 220 narcotic if ur on max diff always check surrounded creatures it can control them if they are carnos or raptors

Yuty's are almost the perfect ground tame for rampaging (outclassed by shadowmanes and so on) and the perfect tame to bring into a boss fight as a support, but because of their ludicrously slow stam regen, you're better off not using them in really dangerous environments or in the ocean unless you mutate their stam to high hell or plan to sit still for 25 seconds after 3 or so fights

Fear causes dinos to run away, be uncontrollable and take 50% extra damage. If the ring is not maxed out, dinos can be controlled but deal 50% less damage and still take extra damage. Courage causes allies to take 20% less damage and deal 25% more damage, and temporarily allies up to 3 wild carnos for a minute. You cannot courage roar wild alpha or astral carnos.

Ok soooo I spent 40min to find a good level one and I finally found a level 100 and I was like “well I guess we should probably take this one” so me and my Freind tried to tame it and long story short it died to 2 Wooly mammoth's.

Get 4 stone foundations, build a square. 16 stone door frames, 2 high on outside foundation. 4 ramps/stairs all on the same side. Then lead it with a flying creature. Shoot it with darts. The feed

Courage roaring at a wild Carno once will make it attack you, courage roaring twice will befriend it

Don't fly near this guy, as his roar will make the mount go ballistic.

I've seen a level 90 with three alpha carno bodyguards. What sucks more, is when i ran away into the forest, a giga spawned on a nerby ice sheet.

When taming these fluffy creatures a trap I suggest using is four gates and gate ways and shape them into a box like shape with a large bear trap in the middle. After setting trap up it should NOT look like an argy trap it would be harder to trap. Make sure to pack up enough tranqs and narcos because they have highish drain and if they are on low hp I dragged a body to it and it healed after eating hopes this helps!! :D

These things are very useful to have in a boss fight.

Make sure to have a high level though as otherwise THEY WILL DIE.
