Easiest way to tame one: go find one(I found a lot near the blue obelisk), pick off carno's with argy. Place behemoth gateway and gate, open gate, behind behemoth gateway place another behemoth gateway without gate this time.

Place a third behemoth gateway with a gate closed behind the one you just placed. (Make sure behemoth gateways are close to each other, I mean... CLOSE!) Place large beartrap inside the trap, then lead it into trap. Close gate and tranq. When done tranqing wait for it to starve (bring narcotics just incase) last step... feed it. Now it is yours. (Try to bring an empty cryopod)

Way faster than a rex! Kite it into a good area or trap and watch out for any other carnivores that it can buff with that almighty roar. Unless you wanna be shredded meat of course!

They are really good for bosses all you have to do is bring 19 rexes and or spinos and one yutty and ride the yutty and that should be a perfect team to take on bosses. It’s a shame they don’t exist on mobile that would make the game much easier

This thing can fear roar other Yutyrannus and I learned by encountering one with my freshly tamed one

INCREDIBLY helpful, and decently easy to tame with the right supplies. I tamed a lvl 16 Yuty with Shock Darts, plus tamed her Carno buddies. Lvl 30, 14, & 62. If you have normal tranqs, I suggest making a Dino Door trap. Make a small box surrounded by any sized Dino Gates. Then, put down Large Bear Traps inside, lure the Yuty through, and while it’s struggling to get free from the Beartraps, slam the doors closed and tranq! Hope this was helpful, and happy taming! ;)

They can be found with carnos that he will buff in the wild so be prepared for a fight with the fluffy beast and it's minions

Taming this big fluffy T-rex won't be easy when having or riding a dino with you because of its fear roar. It's hard to tame it because it will scare your dino away. So try to get it off a cliff but a cliff where you can see it and shoot it with tranq arrows. But be careful because it can go in the water. Once knocked out give it raw meat or mutton.

Fear causes dinos to run away, be uncontrollable and take 50% extra damage. If the ring is not maxed out, dinos can be controlled but deal 50% less damage and still take extra damage. Courage causes allies to take 20% less damage and deal 25% more damage, and temporarily allies up to 3 wild carnos for a minute. You cannot courage roar wild alpha or astral carnos.

To tame this beast, use a sniper to Agarro the carnos, then kill them. Then, get to a high place where you won’t scare your creatures. Then tranq away. And there you go, easy yuti tame

Make sure to kill its cargo minons.wild ones will always have at least 3 buffed up Carnos protecting it at all times.good luck you'll need it 🙂

It is very easy to trap them

Just use a creature to reach to them which cannot be fear roared like wyvren or rex .you can use a simple trap which is used for argentevis taming.

A simple 4 gate trap is sufficient.

Interestingly enough, using Carno’s with a Yuty is just fine but when you command a group of four Daedons and a Yuty, combat gets interesting, have two pigs set to heal and watch the havoc ensue.

You can literally trap this guy using 4 stone dinosaur gateways,2 gates and a large bear trap. I tamed 2 this way and trapped 3.(Do not take important stuff if you don't want to use bear trap cause you'll have to sacrifice to close the other door

Since I’m lazy I just killed the Yuty and tamed its babies I recommend if you don’t wanna use tranq arrows or darts

Don't waist your time trying to prepare for Jotunheim to tame one of these on Fjordur! There are plenty of Yutys in the north-west snow region of the map!!! You don't need to go to Jotunheim to tame a Yutyrannus!!
