For knocking out female wyverns only use griffin or ptera as any others are slower. DO NOT bait lightning wyverns unless you have hp over 3k as they will obliterate you if you have low hp. Try bait poison they are the easiest.

Get a high level griffin 1st. 1) for stealing eggs.a wyvern cant catch a griffin when it starts to dive. 2) build a trap so your griffin can get through but not the wyvern with behemoth gate and pillars. Managed a 100% imprinted 170 lightning and she can take down anything on rag.its worth the prep and effort.

Went through quite few argys to trap a wyvern.failed. then decided to tame a griffin, make a decent trap and a small base nearby.now its a piece of cake.aim for a low level poison or fire female.lightning are a pain in the ass.

If you use daeodons you can use their heal to bypass the need for milk when raising, as you can just heal them up.

Too get milk you have to trap a female and knock it out than take the milk and kill or leave wyvern

When it wants to go for a walk. Group command it to a different ground level .. like from a foundation to the ground. Then whistle follow one it should imprint.. if it doesn't take it back in its house then whistle follow one then repeat until done.. raised 30 wyvern work 1st or second time every time

Damn it is easy to steal the eggs with a griffin all you need to do is to tame one and enjoy the fast flyer

So, when you first get into these creature’s domain. It might not LOOK like there are any even there. They tend to fly in and out, when you take one of those eggs though. Let’s just say, you’r gonna have a bad time.. my friend found that out the hard way.. he got an egg, as he was coming out, he was attacked by about three lightning wyverns. If you are getting chased by these things. Fly into a forest full of trees, swerve through the trees and try shacking them. Hope this was helpful to whoever Is reading this. P.S the eggs can glitch out of your inventory and go back to the original spawn point and also the eggs spoil very fast.

The best way to steal an egg is using a wyvern with a good stamina , just take the egg and flay fast , they can’t reach you as long as you flying fast.

When stealing wyvern eggs always be on a griffin since griffins can out run wyvern with their dive and also take a bait bird that you don't mind losing.eg. like a pteranadon with high health. When stealing the egg take a whip with you so you don't need to dismount and when you get the egg fly out immediately check if any wyvern are chasing you if there are wyvern chasing whistle attack target with your pteranadon the pteranadon will distract and you can make a quick get a way. When building a wyvern trap, build it where the door is facing AWAY from the scar. You’ll have to make a U-turn into the trap but once it de-agros after you start to traq it, it won’t turn and fly out because they’re programmed to fly back into the scar. This allows you to solo one and you don’t even have to close the door :)

My strategy for stealing an egg(without already having a wyvern): tame roughly 20 mid-high lvl argys, leave them on the edge of the scar with an egg below, grab the egg, then whistle all the argys follow and neutral and any wyverns following will attack the flock of argys and buy you time to escape. It is a sacrifice, but worth to get you first wyvern.

When you stole a wyvern egg you need to fly cloes to the ground soo it can stuck in rocks.If you on a server (PvE,PvP) you can use another buildings.

My easiest way was to simply tame a pteranodon, level it up a bunch, put all points into stamina, get the egg you want, then maneuver your way around wyverns, throw egg in fridge, go to trench, lead(and this is the important part) a POISON wyvern to your trap for milk. Always a poison female because their attack is easy to dodge.

On Ragnarok by the highland spawn is a entrance to the Wyverntrench. Where you can steal on foot

Try to get wyvern eggs is pretty easy just , find a nest with a wyvern in it and either lure it away and go back or wait for it to fly away.

With the new flyer nerf on Ragnarok get a griffin since they have decent health and are the fastest flyer in the game. To tame one use a smallish cage to trap the griffin and then knock it out and tame. Then use it to steal the Wyvern egg(s) and then raise the baby(s). P.S you should be able to transfer a griffin to scorched earth.
