Stories Tips

What are some stories about the unicorn? Memorable unicorn stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
Once I was going on a skin hunt in the Arctic. I got a ton of the dermis too- but then I realized.. I was lost. I used commands to get more materials for a war map but for some reason the thing doesn’t have a locator. I also got a pteranodon, and flew around. I was at this point bawling irl, and I killed my pteranodon and skinned them. Got more pelts. Cried more. Btw I had a baby unicorn and I was scared she was gonna starve. When I finally arrived.. she was dead. I was home. But at what cost..? I didn’t even see a notification that they died either, only when I checked the tribe log.. Currently having another one.. RIP Angel.
Forest of secrets: season: 1.
Episode: 1.
One day deep in a forest, there was a pack of unicorns, two of them infact, are children.
“You can’t catch me!” Said a young unicorn. Her name was Popcorn,
“Just wait and see!” Said one of her friends, his name was angel.
They where chasing each other in a game of tag,
They where told to stay near the pack away from poachers.
“Wow!” Said angel with wide eyes, he was looking at a lake, a beautiful lake, but it was farther then they where supposed to be, beyond the forest,
“What is it angel?” Said popcorn.
“Come on I’ll show you!” Angel started running towards the lake,
“Wait! We aren’t allowed that far out!” Said popcorn in a scared voice. “What if there’s poachers!?”
“Oh come on! Those are just story’s that our parents tell us just to keep us under there command! Now come on!” Said angel. As he continued toward the lake. “Er… Fine! Wait for me!” Popcorn followed angel to the lake. It was just as beautiful as they had imagined it would be.
“Wow… you where right…It’s amazing…”
Said popcorn. It was now sunset, and the young unicorns should have been home hours ago. It was a long walk home so they started toward the forest again. “We are SO dead!” Said popcorn. In a disgust voice. “ oh come on! It’ll be FIIINE…. I hope.”
As they where walking they heard shotguns not too far from where they where.
“EEEEEK!” Screamed popcorn as she heard the first shot. “W-what was that?” Said angel in a scared studered voice.
“AHHHHH!!!!!” Screamed the two as the second shot fired.
“Poachers!!!! It must be!!!” Said popcorn.
“b-but I thought- I thought-“ angel studered.
They started running home with tears running down there cheeks most of the run home.
“Wait!…… d-do you hear that…?” Said angel.
The two young unicorns stood still.
“CRACK!” Went a branch.
“Hold it right there…”
Said a poacher, to another.
“W-what do we do???” Said popcorn.
“I-I don’t know! … RUN!!!”
The two began to run as fast as they could, they had almost reached the forest, when all of a sudden “BANG! BANG BANG!” The poachers had hit angel.
“AAAAAH!!!!” Screamed angel. He had been shot in the leg.
“ANGEL!!!!” Said popcorn. She ran back to get him,
The poachers where now carrying him.
“POPCORN!!” Screamed angel.popcorn rammed her horn into one of the poachers legs.
“AHH! YOU STUPID BEAST!” Said a poacher.
Angel fell to the ground, and popcorn tryed to Cary him. “NO POPCORN! GO! RUN! GO GET HELP!”
Screamed angel begging popcorn to leave and save herself. “B-but I can’t leave you!”
Said popcorn in a terrifyed voice.
They heard galaping hoofs in teh distance.
Their parents had come for them!
“STAY AWAY FROM OUR CHILDREN!!!”
Screamed two unicorns running at the poachers.
“GO GO GO!!” Said a poacher as the both got back on their feet and ran. “Are you two alright…?”
Said the two unicorns to popcorn and angel.
“I-I don’t know…” said angel. His leg was badly hurt.
“Come now children. Follow me.” Said one of the unicorns. The other unicorn picked up angel and began walking toward the forest.
20 minutes later…
“What where you thinking!?” Said the two mother unicorns.
“We’re sorry! We just wanted to see the lake!”
Said popcorn.
“No… it’s my fault. I’m sorry. I told her the poachers didn’t exist. I didn’t know… I’m sorry popcorn.”
Said angel.
“Oh… well… I’m glad you two are alright. You should get some rest.”
Said one of the mother unicorns.
Popcorn and angel went back to their own dens. And went to bed.

Origins of Salizar; Chapter 9 ~ Primalis’s charge ~
“Nice work Wretch, although I am sorry you had to lose your appendages in the process.” Ryker said. “Oh no worries at all, once I’m done with this! It’ll be an upgrade!” Wretch said. “If only that monkey were still around, we could use a hand with this. Literally!” Ras said bursting out into laughter. Wretch was using Ras’s one hood arm to help him build prosthetics out of some element Wretch stole from the victorious humans and some scrap they found. “Excited to have two hands back Ras?” Killion asked. “Hand? Nah bro I’m getting a sawblade.” Ras said the last word in a voice trying to make it sound cooler. “I’ve told you already Ras, I don’t have a sawblade, or the necessary fuel for one to work.” Wretch said. “Ugh fine.. one day… do we got KNIVES?!” He asked. “How should I know?” Wretch said. Ras looked at him with a very serious face, “Imma find some knives..”
Salizar and Phasma decided to part ways, Phasma had a Cult to rule and Salizar had a plan to innact. Salizar had nothing to do until the humans prepared for the megapithicus fight, so he spent his days dodging the task force and Ryker’s crew. One knight though, Primalis was invited to dine with King Drake and his war counsel. ‘This should be interesting..’ he thought. He put on his dark blue cloak and left the task force’s impromptu base, he rode his thylacoleo through the redwoods, passed the plains, and up the giant vines which connected “mount Olympus” as the humans called it, to the ground below. He left his mount with a stable boy who began to pet the neglected steed, Primalis cared very little for anything or anyone who wasn’t himself. He walked up the staircases and through the halls, until he reached the throne room door, the base’s steward was sitting there, waiting to introduce Primalis to the King. They entered the room and the steward announced Primalis, inside the room was the regular throne room things, except a modest table had been set up against the throne, the king sat in his throne while his Barons and War chiefs sat in less luxurious chairs. There was a seat left open to Primalis, the only seat at the other side of the table from King Drake. “Welcome Doctor. Have a seat.” The King said. “I was very pleased to get your invitation my liege. I must ask, why dine here and not the royal dining hall?” Primalis said. “I’ll make the rules in my castle Primalis.” King Drake said. “Of course my lord.” Primalis said sitting down. He felt slightly uncomfortable, but it also felt right to him to be so close to the king. “I wish to congratulate you on helping us achieve victory against that beast, without you we would have never known the Obelisks held such power.” The King said. “I can’t take all the credit, your majesty led his troops through the portal, killed the arachnid and made it out alive.” Primalis said. Some of the generals seemed annoyed at his statement. “SILENCE! I’ve had enough of your groveling Primalis! You forget to mention my men who died in that battle! And your own taskforce! I’d like to see you find an artifact alone.” King Drake snapped. “But my lord, they only succeeded through my leadership!” Primalis said forgetting his place. The King was stunned by his insolence, “Oh really? Well, let’s see if you can lead by example, you’ll find the next artifact, alone, or die trying.”

Chapter four: An old friend
They came to a hall with photos hanging on the wall. Tom zoned back into focus and looked at the photos, boredly.
Whitney mistook it for interest. “Ah these are our family photos, see?” She said. “Yes I can see that..” Tom said drily. “Pretty obvious since y’all’s faces are all over the photos..” He thought. “There’s me, Mom and my Dad.” Lucas said pointing to a picture of a younger Whitney and Lucas. Whitney was standing, smiling, beside a man with dark colored hair and greyish eyes. On his shoulders sat a seven year oldish Lucas, laughing.
Tom hid a yawn. “So where is he now?” Tom asked. A cloud filled Whitney’s cheerful eyes. “He died. Several years back. When Lucas was just turning eleven. He fought in the war.” She whispered. “What war? Against what?” Tom asked, a uneasy feeling creeping upon him.
Whitney laughed darkly and Lucas lowered his head sadly. “Oh no one told us. It was some kind of battle against “monsters”. Apparently everyone’s help was needed. My husband was one of the men who was sent into battle. He never came back. They wouldn’t tell us how he died or anything.
We didn’t even get to bury his body. Apparently there was none to be found. Isn’t that crazy?” Tears gathered at the edges of her eyes. Lucas put a arm around her shoulders, supporting her. Tom swallowed, a million thoughts running through his head.
He already knew what the “monster” was that killed them. And he was staying in their hotel.
Finally they finished with the long boring(In Tom’s opinion) tour and Tom left to inspect his room. He decided to skip dinner, vetoing spending time with the family that he had killed the father of. Once in there, he locked the door behind him and drew the curtains. He unpacked his belongings which were the same as none and collapsed into the bed.
His forehead throbbed with a incoming headache which was normal…as always. Maybe sleep would wash it away. Maybe. Just maybe…
~
Running, always running. From what? He was never quite sure. As he ran tree branches snapped upon impact with his body and his feet trampled loudly through the leaves.
“TOOOOMMM….” A dark deep voice called. “Come to me.”
“Accept your fate.” He pushed on, trying to ignore it.
But it was hard. With every trip, every fall, he felt more frustrated. More likely to give in. “Toooommm…” The voice boomed. Tom gritted his teeth and pushed on.
On and on and on and on he went until finally…
He saw it. The light breaking through the dark forest, hitting the edge of the forest in its bright colors. Tom ran even faster.
Almost there. Almost away from his “fate”. “You can’t run from meee..” The dark voice growled. Rather strange since he was running…
And then Tom was there, panting heavily. The sunshine blinded him momentarily so he didn’t see it at first. He didn’t see her at first. Her. A woman. Her long blonde hair fell to her waist and her smile shone brighter than the sunshine itself.
That part of him that’d he’d lost long ago. Her blue eyes glittered with mischief. “Thomas.” She whispered. Tom broke through the daze and began to run toward her. “Leah!!” He called. She smiled. “Tom.”
It was like a dream. A little distance sat between them and yet the more Tom ran the farther away she seemed.
He tripped. A black vine was wrapped around his foot. Tom tried to pull away. The vine didn’t budge. “Leah!” Tom called. Two more vines wrapped around his other leg. He could still see her, still feel her. She smiled sadly. “I still love you.” She whispered. And then more vines began to climb all over him, writhing and squirming like snakes, choking him and holding him tightly in their grasp.
“Leah!!” Tom called desperately. She was so far away now that he barely heard her last words. “Remember me. Remember the way. The light always shines even when the darkness closes in, Tom. You hear me? Remember that. I love you.”
And then she was gone. Tom was swallowed up by blackness, swirling whirling darkness. Overwhelming darkness.
“You cannot run from me..” The dark voice called. “I’ve always been here and I’ll NEVER EVER LEAVE!!!”
~
Tom sat up abruptly, sweat dripping from his face. He wiped it away. Thump thump, thump thump. His headache pounded unmercifully at his brain. The sun shone in through the curtains and Tom slowly rose, dressed into day clothes, and pulled the curtains back.
The sun was indeed rising, the skies glowing vibrant shades of crimson and orange. Tom cracked his neck and sighed softly. Today was going to be a terrible day. Guaranteed.
Carefully he made his way out of the room silently, down the hall and downstairs.
Lucas popped up out of nowhere, startling Tom. “Ugh!” Tom exclaimed, almost tripping down the last stair. Lucas caught his arm, keeping him from falling.
Tom stood up, pulled away and nodded his thanks grimly.
“Sorry sir. Didn’t mean to scare ya.” Lucas said brightly. “Will you eat breakfast with us?” Tom shook his head slowly. “I’m sorry no. I must…tend to some business. I don’t know how long I’ll be staying here so I need to make some arrangements.” Tom said.
“Oh. Do you need my assistance getting around town?” Lucas asked. Tom raised a eyebrow. “No. Why?”
“Well…you’re a little old right? And you don’t know the town well..” Lucas trailed off. Tom sighed. “I’m sure I’ll be fine. I’ve made it this far in life I think I can make it a little longer…”
Lucas grinned. Tom did not. “Okay! If you say so!”
Moments later Tom was walking through the town square. People passed by, pulling wagons and working and chatting and smiling. He headed to the hill over looking the city and stood on top of it.
Then sat down. The wind blew warmly, making his cloak float slightly. Tom pulled it close around him. From up here the town seemed quieter. Almost…the same as it had been years earlier. Tom could almost see it as it used to be. He closed his eyes, enjoying the silence.
It was so silent almost like….when he was with her. He could almost feel her beside him.
Breathing, smiling, laughing—
*SNAP* A twig suddenly cracked and Tom leapt to his feet. “Who’s there?!” He called loudly. Shadowed eyes watched him from the forest.
Tom swallowed. “I’m warning you—show yourself!” Tom said. His hand went to his belt, a small dagger hid in the folds of his clothing. “Who’s the-” A black blurry object leapt forward and landed on his chest, knocking the breath out of Tom’s lungs.
Something was digging into Tom’s hand, keeping him from drawing his dagger. He looked up and blinked. The thing had one blue and one brown eyes. “Bella?!” Tom coughed. It was a dog. It was a Australian shepherd with dark and light brown and white fur. It’s tail wagged wearily and it gave Tom a nice long lick on the face.
Tom gagged. “Ugh. Bella get off me!” He coughed. She happily did so. Tom stood up, brushing dirt from his clothes.
He stared bewildered at his brother’s dog. “How in the world are you still alive?”

A while ago, I remember exploring around on a raft in the southeast corner of the map where there are lots of rivers. (Rivers usually mean spinos, especially when going east) I play on mobile, and I was the biggest wimp ever when it came to facing any threats bigger than a dilo or leaving my thatch house and 30 dodos, so this was a big step for me; (I live in the southwest corner of the map by red obelisk) but I was desperate for an equus. When looking, I found a pretty looking whiteish one and I fell in love with it. But then I realized it was a unicorn! I was so amazed but the area was far too dangerous for me to attempt taming it. With some creatures, if you get them onto your raft and sail over water that is too deep for it to swim in, it will usually freeze and stay on your raft. But unfortunately that is not the case for equus/unicorns. Trying this only brought the unicorn closer and closer to a spino that was only meters away. As you might have guessed, the unicorn trotted right up to it, and it killed the unicorn in two swipes and immediately aggroed onto my raft. I was absolutely horrified so I logged off, but I knew I couldn’t leave like that forever and had to save myself and my beloved raft; so I hopped back on and managed to get it distracted by some stegos that spawned in and managed to escape with my life. I did end up taming my first equus, but that’s a different story.(still have my raft to this day!) I have found out that they can only be tamed using griffin kibble, and plan on taming a griffin soon (once my allos actually start laying eggs, I’ve already had them for over a week and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing from 2 females.) Wish me luck on that. I have also recently gotten god console and have gotten revenge on the spino. I have found my unicorn for the 2nd time while exploring on my argy. I rescued it from some titanoboas and carried it back home and into a pen. #Holding it hostage until I get a griffin pair! Anyways, I just felt quite lucky that I managed to find it again and that I had my argy with me. Thanks for reading!
I was playing solos on the lost island, when I saw a unicorn, so I tamed the unicorn and called it Ubercorn. I was happily riding my unicorn up a hill and all of a sudden I see a carno. I quickly jump of my unicorn and start shooting the carno with my arrows. When a message pops up on screen saying Ubercorn died. So I run at the carno hitting it with my arrows. I get it too low health and it just managed to kill me. 1 up equals 1 R.I.P for Ubercorn
I was level 71 and stumbled across a male, I put it in my taming pen and tried to feed it carrots which failed, I knocked it out to feed it but it didnt work, I tried every kibble I owned but no success then I realized you can only feed these guys Griffin kibble in ark mobile...that sucks ngl but at least I get daily rainbow poo...oh wait it despawned..
Journey: Chapter 10
Meanwhile back on Fjordur
In a cave in Vennaland. Known to be the Bifrost cave to send you to the realms. The cave started to shake, the cave opened up to one of the realms that wasn’t one of the normal three.
Immediately a creature fell and landed on the cave floor. The creature’s fur was soaked, it breathed deeply and his breath was turning the air around it into frosting fog. The creature open its eyes, its eyes were filled with fury. It got up on its feet looking where it was at disoriented.
“I’m Free?!” It said as he looked at the realms. He looked up to see the gate that released him, but it was no longer there. The creature started cackling that turned into a full blown laughter.
“I am on Fjordur’s soil!!! I can see the realms and enter into them!!!” The creature said. “Well there’s no time to waste, it’s time to go to the Redwoods”. The beast began to walk and headed towards the cave’s mouth.
About an hour i was flying from my metal mine at the volcanic mountain on an argentavis, and I'm glad i was flying low because that's when i saw it. i quickly realized it was traveling alone so i just knew it was a unicorn. Poor thing was being attacked by a pulmoscorpius, so i just scooped it up and took it to my beach base. First encounter after scouring the map multiple times without luck😎😎right now it's in the taming pen. Wish me luck.
I was out picking berries near the beach and from the corner of my eye i seen the white horse... At first that's what I thought it was, as i got closer i saw the horn and was like "omg!" I tried to tame it with the yellow berry and ride it but it wasn't happy and ran into the ocean. I stayed on shore peeking and saw it getting eaten alive by the piranhas and a meg right behind it. I was feeling so helpless and sad. The meg got so close to shore, but the unicorn survived! I know there will be no way that i can get any griffin kibble since i just started but, i really want to try and keep this unicorn. Wish me luck.

Chapter ten.
“NOOO!” Crimson howled with fury. He bit down hard on the fenrir holding him down. It yelped and let go. Crimson lunged at Hazel knocking her out of the way. The fenrir who had been about to end Hazel bit down on him.
Hazel was hit by something so hard and fast she flew a short distance and hit a tree. She could hardly move much less breath. “C-crimson?” She saw the fenrir over him and then… it bit down on him. She opened her mouth to scream or something but she could not breath. It was about to bite down again on her when it stopped. A wolf flew through the air and attacked it, then four more wolves, then about fifty more came flooding out of a cave in the mountain. The fenrirs where no match for them. They fled from the wolves. One of the wolves trotted up to Hazel. “Are you okay?” He asked Hazel opened her mouth and let out a sob. She got to her paws and hobbled over to Crimson collapsing on his lifeless body. “Crimson? Crimson pls no! Don’t leave me!” She sobbed. Crimson did not move.
Slowly, softly, Hazel sang in a trembling voice:
“Heart beats fast. Colors and
promises. How to be brave? How
can I love when I’m afraid to fall?
but watching you stand alone all of my
doubt suddenly goes away somehow. One
step closer… I have died everyday waiting for you. Darling don’t be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years…I’ll love you for a thousand years”
She stopped singing, her sobs getting the best of her. “Crimson.” She whispered. “I love you.” She continued sobbing. Around her the warrior wolves stood silently watching. From behind the clouds a rainbow shone brightly and colorfully. It shone over her and Crimson, bathing them in its enchanting light. Suddenly, miraculously Crimson’s eyes blinked. He stared into Hazel’s eyes. “Hazel?” He asked. Hazel gasped in wonder…
The epilogue.
Seven years later…
“Now first thing you do after you find your prey is crouch, like so.” “then you pounce. Got it?” Hazel watched as her husband Crimson taught their children how to hunt. They had two daughters (Rose and Emmy) and one son (Victor). “Can I try?” Rose and Emmy asked in union. “No! Let me try!” Victor said. Crimson caught Hazel’s eye. She smiled at him. She trotted up to him pressing against him, then she licked the side of his snout. He licked her back. “How about mommy go first? Hmm?” Hazel asked. “You know, show daddy how it’s done.” She said nudging Crimson playfully. Crimson gave a exaggerated frown… And so they lived and loved each other for the rest of their lives and still whenever other creatures pass through the forest they can still find the paw print path they made all the way to the mountain…
The end.
I hope you enjoyed my story “the paw print path” I’ll be writing another story soon though. Merry Christmas! #FF4L.

OK TAMING A UNICORN ON MOBILE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DUMB so I used to play on mobile and as you probably know that you need GRIFFIN KIBBLE (that’s the stupid part) and to get griffin kibble you have to breed two griffins but the problem with that is that griffins are hard to tame on mobile and you have to tame ones with the same last part of there name ( again the stupid part) it took me a while to get ones with the same name so I bread them together but after that you have to get all the supplies to craft griffin kibble then the bad thing is I don’t know if it requires more that one kibble to tame but I just used major soothing balm and it worked!!!! But..... I restarted my game ( deleted it and got it back) and I went on to my latest save btw I had the unicorn when I saved and NO UNICORN NO GRIFFINS EXCEPT TWO ( I had like 15) it’s dumb. I know this went long but of you got here thanks for listening.😁 👍🏻😁
HAHAH... FUN STORY
Found Unicorn for first time left it alone.
Second time near my base, captured and it kept escaping. Kept adding more walls and SOMEHOW it escaped. I have baracades all over so idk if it died. WORST PART I WAS GOANA DO A PURSUIT THAT NEEDED ITS PICTURE!!!

One day I went to herbivore island and I saw one on the beach but I thought it was an Equus so I was kind of surprised but when I went closer I saw it’s horn I got super surprised because not even my brother who’s at level 83 has never even seen one but sadly I went too close and he ran away and died by mantas. 😕😵😱
