I think i would rather fight a gigantosaurus with only a crossbow then fight one of these monstrosities.

They have extreme armor, health, and health regen. A single Giga will do or a Thyla if you have it. You could take it out with a shot gun but it might "gobble" up all of your ammo.

These things are evil.I tried attacking it with a sword,crossbow,pike,and many other strong wepons.it murdered me.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😱 I turned in to thanksgiveing turkey.I am not a turkey.

I got a way to take the turkeys out all you need is an ascended pike a gun or projectile to aggro the turkey and a sarco. Shoot the turkey with the gun and have it come to you oh ride on your sarco as well. The turkey will only aggro to you as long as you don't hit it with your sarco. Grab your pike and poke it to death you'll get head shots that do a 1000 something damage and if the turkey runs away just shoot at it til it comes back and poke it in the head again until dead. I hope this helps I been using this strategy ever since the turkey trials came out

Trap one or two turkeys without aggroing in a 1x1 created using 4 metal spikes. More will follow and attack the spikes which are trapping the turkeys, extend the 1x1 to a 2x1 using 3 metal spikes by trapping the new guys. Go about your business and check after a while. The turkeys can’t escape and will get prickled to death, due to the spike trap.

use a good stego, make sure it has its sharpness ability activated cause it’ll penetrate the turkeys armor

Dino Melee Resistance is 90%, meaning it only takes 10% damage from dinosaurs biting it. Do note this does not apply to non melee dinosaur attacks, meaning wyverns and other things like manas will shred it

Tame a high level thyla, use a decent saddle and you can take them down. Just be careful as other creatures sometimes join in on the fight.
