If u want to kill it get a good water tame like a basilo and try luring them into the water

They often don’t attack u in the water

We have always killed the turkeys easily. We locked the turkeys individually with a few fence foundations and stone fences and killed them with a purple crossbow (which did 500 damage by headshot).
