The Trike is a great tame for use in taming large dinos (Rex, Therezino, etc.) What you do is tame a high level one, pump health, and then aggro the Dino you’re taming, start shooting, and slowly move back. The trike will tank due to it’s head armor, allowing you to easily pump tranquilizer into your Dino of choice.

With its charge attack on 2x you can get heaps and heaps of thatch from just charging into trees!

I tamed a few, and started breeding them, while I was a pretty low level. When I was “finished”, the group could take out high alphas.

When you tame them starve tame because thare food goes down really fast and when you put the food in thay eat fast and the taming goes up fast enough that you can have him in one ark day.

Hit it once and then make sure it’s following you. Then run in between two tight trees that it can’t fit through.after that it will get stuck so you can just tranq it(if you are a new player just punch it)

Got a new slingshot tried it out on trike got angry destroyed half my house.

The trike is a great Dino with many ways to be utilised. It is powerful at getting berries, Carrying stuff for you, and being a battering ram. Yes, it is a perfect raid Dino if your raiding a thatch or wood base, just charge the trike and aim at the building, and the trike will make a perfect cut across the middle of the building. I also learnt that the hard way. The charge stops at stone, so don’t bother. The low saddle level makes it easy for new players to tame and ride, and the saddle shouldn’t be too expensive (apart from the hide if your a low level.) Overall the trike is an amazing Dino, and I recommend getting it as quick as you can, espically if your always taming herbivores or raiding weak bases. Get the trike lvl 10 - 100!

Highly recommend getting one, very good first-ish tame

Need to change the gathering efficiency for it it's the best I've found for thatch... use the charge it goes through trees gathering and I get avg of 120 to 150 per tree

Dododex trike

I managed to tame one of these easily by shooting it from afar and luring it into a taming pen.

Then all you need is a slingshot or tranq arrows and a bow and it only takes about 20 hits to knock it out. Then put berries into its inventory and BOOM! Say hello to your new pet xx

IF YOU ARE LOW LEVEL

3 X 2 wooden foundations

2 high wooden walls

Replace one or two with wooden window frames

At the front put a Dino gate

Or on the side, put a wooden ramp

At the back put s wooden door for u to exit out of

HOW TO USE

Agro a Trike and make it chase you up the ramp and into the pen

It won’t be able to climb out. Once it is in, sprint out the back door.

3 X 3 stone pillars + bear trap in the middle

Leave a one pillar gap so you can lure it in, like this:

Wood bases stand no chance. Great for wiping neighbors at lower levels.

Just get on a big rock and make sure the trike can't climb in the rock and hit it with slingshot and you have yourself a trike!

If you want to tame a lvl 40 tric it takes 40 tranq arrows to the body and head on a carbonemys

So just get in an open area with walls and dodge it like a bull and attack its body,sometimes the head

Good dino early game, good dino late game. Pump stamina(runs out quick), weight (they have a lot but it fills up fast), health (in case you run into a alpha raptor you can kill it easier(can still be killed without pumping health, just pump more stamina)). Only Tame one to two you don’t need many. These can take on a Rex too when mounted.

First you have to avoid a trike close to another trike because if you hurt one trike they two will attack then get some tranq arrows hit the body not the head because you can easily knock out a trike if you shoot it in the body avoid being attacked then.when its unconcious feed it with many berries keep it unconcious with narcotics then boom! You get a trike this is how I got one

Honestly is one of the best tames I’ve gotten. Will keep you fed with berries and can defend you against smaller predators like dilos. My high level was able two kill 3 raptors before dying, (lower level Trikes prob not not the best for killing dinos) but still a must tame for anyone.

Soak all the turrets with a trike and 20 cakes

If u want to make recipes with berries use this guys significantly great berry gathering just with the slap attack
