So I'm at lv75, planning to turn one into a past tense and came here to find some tips on doing so but I couldnt find any, saw a vid of someone using ballista cannon and arrows but thats so darn expensive, i remember when i tried to hit one using a griffen in a prev survival, it one shot the griffen and I barely survived, them fkrs are nasty no cap, still, i noticed that it is trapable using gates, now imma do some maths to see how many bullets and arrows I would need.

make sure you not hit them (if you are a noob) they can kill you easily better way is to use a argentavis

Ya I was doing a quest and I saw a titanosaur and That oh well I have my Pteranodon so I’m fine RIP pteranodon I never should have taken that thing on. My pteranodon had 950 health I though if we got hit we was fine but I was wrong me and pteranodon RIP I really love my pteranodon once again I never should have taken that thing on

Just before you play ark make sure you go on the ark wiki and check the spawn locations of the titanosaur. Trust me. Many has died cuz I placed my base on where they spawn

It will take absolutely forever, but you are able to kill these with Argentavis. I spent the better part of 2 hours using a freshly tamed level 100 Argent to take one out. Make sure you're flying above the Titano and attacking it's back. It can't hit you very well from that angle. Land somewhere out of reach when you run out of stamina (killing things and eating their corpses for the health and stamina regen boost helps), and then continue. It takes forever, but it's definitely possible.

I first said use something that does bleed damage to kill it but use literally anything ANYTHING eve a dodo if you have to

Thought I’ll go aggro one for fun... that thing on hit my level 80 pteranodon.

If a Titano is near your base in pve. Set all your tames to passive so they won't aggro the Titan. Then once it's far enough or lured/killed then you can set your tames to neatural again

If one of these spawns in your base, have one of your tribe members leave the tribe and unclaim a flier, have them claim it, then fly it and lead it away. If no one is in your tribe, give up because theres nothing you can do.

I like using one of my gigas to quickly kill a titanosaur, especially when some wyvern has been fighting it for 34 minutes. Feels good, and the exp is great. Not to mention nearby bases are actually safe, rather than having a titan thrashing about with no control for half an hour because a wyvern owner wants to over-step.

Okay I have great knowledge of these things even though I have only seen these two times…the first time:It was February 14th(valentines day…wow is that a coincidence)I was walking around the beach in south 1 when I saw a titanosaur at first I thought:brontosaurus?..but I was wrong then I saw that it had rock like things on its body i then looked at its name i then knew it was a titanosaur i then went into a river nearby and was killed by a megalodon and didn’t see one again…until. second time:it was earlier today I was walking around east 1 when I saw a titanosaur immediately I started thinking about the first time about half a year before when I saw the titanosaur for the first time then I followed it and took screenshots of it sadly I was soon killed by 3 raptors which I tried to fend off with my pike but was overpowered then my new mission is to find a giga and show the giga who’s boss-from dinodude8 author of the adventure of ark (rex category) and a spinos life (in spinosaur section obviously)

First day on ark,

Find a titanosour, punch it, die in 1 hit

First year on ark,

Find a titanosour I brung 42 cannonballs and a quetz and a catuplut, did 10 hit on it and all of my dinos (including me and my quetz) died.

(BTW i was on single player)

Also I found both titanosours near south zone 3
