Stories Tips

What are some stories about the thylacoleo? Memorable thylacoleo stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
I have something even scarier than a thylacoleo for you; a flying thylacoleo. That’s right, flying. I was on my pteranodon flying through the redwoods, being very careful and looking for thylas in every tree. Nothing so far. Good for me. It was at that moment that a very panicked wild pteranodon sped past my own ptera. It was flying in the opposite direction of us. “Oh boy” I thought. What was I going to encounter? I looked forward and saw four or five pteras in the same panic that the first one was in. That’s when I saw it; one of those angry kittens launched itself off of a tree after one of the pteras, but it never hit the ground. Instead it almost ran into another tree, but turned around. MIDAIR! It was still it its jumping position, turning away from trees and attacking pteras. The thing wouldn’t land! I flew in the opposite direction screaming, saying that I would NEVER go into the redwoods again. Well, three days later a different thyla (this one didn’t fly) pounced on me and almost killed me…
Reddening Forests Chapter 3
Rogue was jolted awake in the middle of the night as the redwood tree he was asleep on began to plummet towards the ground. He leapt off of it before a loud snap came from the fallen tree. Scampering off into the darkness, he crouched behind a rock to survey the damage to the tree and see what might've caused it. A human was taking chunks of the thick wood from the tree while a familiar face waited for the human silently, a saddle over its back. Rogue slunk towards the human before attempting to catch them but he missed. The human leapt away in terror and leapt onto their mount, riding off into the forest. He watched the human leave before heading towards the swamp to get a drink. He lapped up the water before returning to the fallen tree. He looked at the moon before curling up and waiting for the sun to rise.
Going back to the story of cole, of which was not mine, it’s amazing how attached we can get to these creatures, even in a short amount of time. Even tho they aren’t even real, we still get attached because they are. Ours, we have risked our lives for them, and there’s for us. We go on journeys, lifetimes with these animals. Even though it’s not completely real, everything that we feel for them is. We fight with them, alongside them, not as tames, or friends, but family
