Tips & Strategies
If you want to get it, don't discover redwood one person. You need your crew, and your sabertooth. Because if they get angry, and if they are hungry, they keeping you and never let you go. Even your sabertooth can't save you. So, you have to take some friend your side. Crossbow or bow, it doesn't matter but, remember, this creature have a really high torpor. If you want to tame, make a trap for them. Then when you catch, you can do everything you want to do as taming. Good luck, if you can have. TIGERS.

You donโt find thyla, thyla finds you
I was upset the app doesn't have it listed in Fjรถrdur, but Thylas are actually on the map. Let's try to get it updated!
They prefer cooked meat over raw. Don't waste your precious raw mutton, better cook it, as it tames faster and with higher efficiency.
Set a parasaur on turret mode and fly over redwoods carrying it with a flyer. Any of these things will get marked.
Today I was in the Redwoods in asa with a Megatherium. Turns out Thylas don't attack when you ride them. Easy Lv 150 tame.
Rip cole the thylacoleo u live god life ๐ ๐
Rip cole๐ข๐ข A great Thyla who deserved better
Rip Cole we thank thee for your serviceโฆ๐ฅบ๐
Fly around on an argie while holding a parasaur on turret mode, the parasaur will sense it but make sure the thylacoleo can't reach you by flying high above so it hits the parasaur rather than you.
How I tamed two of these bad boys (actually one after another: one female and one male) is that I just encountered them running after some prey, got on high ground with an argentavis and shot one with tranq darts and tranq arrows; it went quickly unconscious but its torpor was draining pretty fast so I had to feed it narcotics (around 30 for an 8 lvl) or even bio toxin; the taming process was stupidly long for both of them, I used a lot of raw prime meat and regular raw meat but apparently they prefer cooked meat from what I've heard?
As I'm writing this, Thylacoleos are probably my favorite tames because of their versatility. I tried to somehow climb a huge redwood tree once I rode this beast and oh boy, it works so good.
