Love this dino. The fastest, strongest of them all. Lvl 370 plus, i have roamed the whole island on these. They can do anything, they Even knock out trees. Buggy though, unfortunately. One of mine freaked out completely, another disappeared in thin air. I breed from the same pair, so the new ones probably inherited the bugs. They have 1300 in melee and 18000 in health and plus 200% in speed. Yay,

Get a tank Argy and use it to pick up the Thyla and drop it into a 4x4 walled trap with double high walls and windows on the bottom to shoot through. It prefers cooked lamb chops or even regular cooked meat. It drops torpo quickly so bring lots of Narco

So like I think i encountered one of this in mobile I was riding my dactyl and all of a sudden this dude jumped and grabbed my dactyl I was glad it wasnt me.

Bring a lot of Narcotics! I used around 200 Narcotics on a level 140 on official (I used an elixer which boosted the tame to 30% so I recommend that you take at least 300 Narcotics). I also tried both cooked prime meat and cooked meat and it seems they like the cooked meat the most.

Trapped mine in a all rounder trap with 15 foundation’s, doorframes all around (3 high) and stairs on both ends or the trap.

Trust me it took me 3 tranq arrows from a crossbow to knock him out and then another ten giving him narcotics and prime meat

These guys climb trees and if you get too close they pounce on you. They can be found in the redwoods biome.

Great takes for stealing wyvern eggs. Find a nest with an egg, carefully get to the nest, pick up the egg, and run. Can easily outrun wyverns if Stan is boosted. Hope this helps!

I’ve been playing on scorched earth for a few weeks now, and I’ve found that other than wyverns themselves, these are the best creature to get wyvern eggs. They’re fast, nimble, and can outpace most wyverns, and, climb out of the crag after stealing an egg. This goes for all other maps that have wyverns. Just make sure that you are able to have an escape rout after grabbing said egg, and make sure you can loose said wyvern. Hope this helps out.

Good for both PvP and PvE

I found a guy with a mana on the ground.

He was regaining the manas stam and i pounced and killed Jim. He’s mana was on passive so i killed it to.

SE taming:

It’s considerably easier to tame these guys in the desert as they spawn ‘on’ cliffs ,not attached, they prowl about like Sabertooth's, big strong nasty marsupials.

Taming only involves a large bear trap, tranq darts, a longneck rifle and cooked meat

They will murder you quick if not wearing armor. Easy kill solo with a decent weapon and armor equipped. Recommend good Ghillie armor to get the first few attacks on them.

Set your tames to neutral so they attack when you are pinned down.

Once pinned, they are not able to pin again. Jump on mount and destroy this kitty to get the tribute item.

If you want to get it, don't discover redwood one person. You need your crew, and your sabertooth. Because if they get angry, and if they are hungry, they keeping you and never let you go. Even your sabertooth can't save you. So, you have to take some friend your side. Crossbow or bow, it doesn't matter but, remember, this creature have a really high torpor. If you want to tame, make a trap for them. Then when you catch, you can do everything you want to do as taming. Good luck, if you can have. TIGERS.

This is favorite of mine. Because they really like real life tigers. They can climb, swim, they are larger than lions i mean sabertooth and stronger. They are really a machine gun. You can beat a carno, and if you have three tiger, you can beat a Rex too. If it was been, haven't come Ark, what we can ride and let the roar. They are amazing.

Be ready for a long tame if you don't have titanboa kibble and you're looking for a high level! Bf and I tamed two level 8's with prime meat and it took over a half hour for each with taming speed at x3. Torpor drops pretty fast too. Can take down fairly quick with crossbow tho. Totally worth taming these guys 'cause running up walls and cliffs is fun as heck! :D

The Thylacoleo can be easily knocked out in the wild or in a taming pen by simply standing in front of it with flak armor, it will do almost no damage to you. You can shoot tranq arrows or darts and get it down in seconds with headshots.
