Bring WAY more narcos than dodoex says to. Also, they prefer cooked meat for some reason

U can Cary this with a argy. Mine got stuck in the tip of a tree.. So I wanted to knock it off by grabbing him since dodo dex said it couldnt grab it anyway. But then it turned out I could and I flew it home instead of walked it home.

Just so you know, Tylas CAN be carried by by Argents (and I believe Griffins). I know it says they can’t but trust me, they can. I’ve tested it myself.

For taming (on unofficial) I found a way...

Wear your armour take your best longneck (I use asc 240 and it works with decent riot set) and shocking darts also take very good pump shot-gun and fly around redwoods in flyier...

When they pounce you spyglass it and if it's bad lvl kill it with shot-gun if it's lvl they you want shoot him with shocking darts and fingers crossed that you can do it (if u have like at least 800def, like 200-250HP and 180 longneck (have to use shocking) it will most likely work) u can also take some med brews just to be sure he won't kill you.

If its short on hp and you fall from high up, jump off right before hitting ground. Umounted dinos dont take fall damage.

With new tlc argentavis can pick it up upvote so ppl can see

All around good stats. Jump is good, Melee is great, climbs trees, pounces on enemies. A must have for explorers.

Easiest way if you are in a tribe and have a queztel. One person picks the Thylo and brings it back to base. Then your tribemate shoots it out of your talons. Easy knock out.

To kill pull out a pike and stab repeatedly.

Just have your friend on a quetz pick him up and shoot him from the ground while the quetz holds, no need for traps or gates

For Pve players : tranq it once to lure it off the tree. Then walk over it with a wyvern. When its right under your wyvern, hop off. The thylacleo will be stuck and wont move. Now tranq it in the head. Cheers. ...

Don’t bother about building around them they’ll just climb their way out and kill you and your other tames.

If your trying to tame it don’t get close and personal try to stay a distance away (use a longneck rifle) and bring protection from other animals they spawn in the same area as carnies, purlovias, as well and near the swamps.

The starve timer is way off on this one what it recommend brought me up to 14%

With the flyer nerf the thylacoleo is great quick transport for its speed and ability to climb walls, they're also extremely strong. Oh and they're M A R S U P I A L S

This animal attacked me out of nowhere and if it weren't for my chitin armor I would've been rekt, takes about 2-4 tranq darts to knock it out. It loses torpor very quickly and may require a lot of narcotic to keep it knocked out but its very worth it. It came with lots of health, stam, attack, and decent speed. Remember though, when I got attacked by this animal it was about a level 45-48

Headshot seems to be 1.5x instead of 3x.Just tried it. Bodyhit was 57 damage and Headshot was 84 damage.
