The starve timer was off 2x event, I ended up only getting 64% effectiveness and it took waaay more food and an additional 20 minutes to tame. Used all but 1 kibble I needed cause I was short 1

The equipment is either compound bow—get a ascended one from quest, with toxicant arrows, or a longneck rifle with shocking tranq darts. Make accordingly following the demands shown in this app and get 6 megalosaurus kibble from the cooking station. Get around 5 large bear traps. Set them up and shoot ‘em while luring it into ur bear traps. Once knocked out, feed the balm, than the kibble. There. Ez 400+ lvl theri tame

i am so angry right now. ok so i knocked out a therzino today in the water i was like oh no it’s gonna drown then as i fed megalo kibble and the first feed was 26% then i thought everything was ok since it wasn’t drowning then i gave it soothing balm(10x) and waited. ThEN A SARCO KILLED IT i killed it with my ascendant sword but then the therzino died…. moral of the story don’t knock a therzino out in water

I use 16 stone pillars in a box formation and stack it 2 high with a large bear trap works decently well and is pretty cheap. You could only it use only 8 pillars and a large bear trap to make it cheaper. All you have to do is setup the box and leave it open put bear trap in the middle and have it chase you into the trap and simply slip through the gap in between the pillars and when it’s stuck in the trap go behind it and use the last 2-1 pillars I have and seal it in. Works great I’ve used this trap for other tames such as wooly rhinos and a yutyranus probably works for rex’s too.

These thing are annoying to tame they eat so slow there torpor drains so fast they knock you out on your mount and kill it I just recommend kibble because it takes so long and you cant leave it for one second because it’s torpor.

Make a 3x3 stone floor surrounded with 2*height double door frame. This will make a cage that you can enter and get out simply but not the therizino. Then add some rams/stairs leading into the cage. Lure the therizino into the cage and knock it out easily with tranquil arrow. This cage trap can be built on a raft as well.

Number of narcotics needed to tame this after it's down and you're waiting for it to eat the crops should be changed from any number, to holy crap!

That dino is good if u need a good defender and a good dino for harvesting (berries,wood,thatch) its ur best option but be careful this dino is super fast so i suggest to make ur trap or go on top of a rock and make sure he cant go up the rock and then knock him out but he might get attacked by carnivores so careful

I recommend having a flyer for this one... I am I think level 54. I have a pterandadon, I just kept shooting this bright blue female thera, then I would fly away and wait until she left me alone again. and in no time at all she was locked out. PLEASE BE PREPARED. They’re torpor drain is high! Bring at east 200-300 narcotics/80-100 bio toxin for a lower levle.

At first they are really scary and really op let's be real. But once you find out you can easily knock one out with about 30-50 tranq arrows. They stop being so scary. Easiest way is probably to craft 2 big bear traps place them next to each other lure it into them and then just knock it out. If you can't craft those yet. Then I recommend trying to get on a Big o rock that it can't climb and just shoot it from there. They take a long time to tame unless you have a soothing balm.

It took me forever to tame one because they recover way to fast, though if you just sit there and feed it narcotics and mejoberries you can eventually tame it.

No idea, why people are so scared of therizinos, they aren't that hard to tame as well, simply build a stone trap, lure it in, tranq it uses tranq darts or tranq arrows, one its knocked out shove mejoberries or kibble up its ass, enjoy your new slave. (also theres a setting that increases the torpor wild or tamed dinos get)

Take this thing out if you have good armor if you don’t tame some Dino’s. My two raptors demoed this guy so definitely bring some backup. But he is a really and I mean really good tame definitely tame him.
