For people who say this thing is just a territorial herbivore, therizinosaurids are very closely related to ornithomimids like gallimimus, struthiomimus, deinocheirus, etc, wich are confirmed omnivores, in fact despite having similar claws, deinocheirus, it’s closest relative not directly part of the therizinosaurus family was a piscivore, unlike therizinosaurus’s claws wich are better for digging and pulling high branches and are really awful at combat, deinocheirus’s claws were very good at piercing, especially fish, and since it’s technically bigger than t.rex and spinosaurus is no longer a land carnivore that officially makes deinocheirus the largest land carnivore ever, so the fact that therizinosaurus derived from a family of omnivores and that it’s closest indirect relative was technically all the largest land carnivore, piscivore, and omnivore at the same time makes it likely that therizinosaurus was at least an opportunistic scavenger and possibly even of small prey and eggs like ornithomimids that don’t require battles to take down, so it was definitely at least a scavenger for dead prey, small prey it could easily eat without use of its claws and other things like eggs, so next time you wonder why it kills you, remember that in real life they probably were opportunistic scavengers meaning they’d eat whatever they find if they can easily take it out
