Find a therizino and then knock it out don’t use regular berries use stimberry if you don’t have exceptional kibble stimberry don’t fill the hunger which is great because it will eat nonstop the process maybe slow the stimeberry will cause it to stop the hungerbar and keep eating and use around 50-150 narcotics and 700-900 stimberrys they can be collected in bushes with a parasaur or a trice any berry gatherer

He probably a menace chicken. I found one near beach on right side, I knockout him with some distance and high ground. Also don't forget mejoberry or other preferred food, He Needs More Than 70 Narco Or Bio Toxin. But If You Have Soothing Balm Just Use It On This Chicken Menace which is 10x or I can say will make the tame a bit faster... But don't leave it just like that because The Drain Torpor was faster, Keep Fed it with narco and wait till he eats few Berry/crops then Walla! You got therizi... But if you don't have Soothing Balm.... Yeah... He probably gonna EAT a lot of your narcotic or bio toxin than The Berry

Mostly sleeping while something’s taking will boost it’s taking bar but lower it’s torpor. DONT SLEEP WHEN YOUR TAMING THESE THEY WILL WAKE UP AND KILL YOU

If you want to kill it use a bow and you might die once used tranq arrows and got it down to 100 health from 1000 and now taming it used a apprentice bow or better not a crossbow if you use mesoberries watch a movie

My Lvl75 Theriz killed a Lvl100 Alpha raptor alone(though it almost died from the ALpha)before I realized what was happening.It can be BRILLIANT guard.

Great for boss raids. Get a decent group of them loaded up with veggie cakes and a yutyranus. Ride the yuty into the fight and when the it starts buff them with the yuty and watch them melt the boss.

If you're not wearing armor, they will knock you off your dino and do unspeakable things to it after it kills you.

Ok these things have 3 attacks that they use wildly.1.is the claw swipe it deals tons of damage 2.The chomp.these deals fricking torpor and damage. 3.Tickles they harvest plants randomly with the attack

So when taming be sure to have a trap or be on a high ledge since their attacks are pretty high range.here’s some traps I use.

1.4 stone frames 4 gates large bear trap in middle.

2.4 stone frames 2 gates (an argy like trap)

3.and just the basic taming pen (ramps,stone door frames,gate)

You would need a trap because they do run when torpors high

Also be sure to bring lots of narcos when taming these.Their Torpor drops like a rock.

If on mobile definitely bring a soothing balm.Bring kibble if you have mega kibb I can’t remember which one it takes on pc/console.If you don’t have that tame with veggies or mejoberries.

I usually tame them with either crossbows and tons of tranq arrows or a dart rifle.Hope this helps you and other tame a theri!

Stand on a high ledge and rain down Hell with ranged weapons. Do not go in for the melee or involve your tames, this monster WILL take them out and then turn its claws to you...

I've got this beautiful green Theri named Forest and just tamed her by knocking her out with tranq arrows and a crossbow I mostly shot her in the butt if the torpor is almost gone and she's pretty good a lvl 101 totally worth it if u have enough tranq arrows.

This chat is so filled because Therizinos are so useful, they can harvest any resources in the game apart from Metal, Stone, Flint and Obsidian basically rocks, they are very strong so can be used against loads of creatures especially in a pinch, you can also use these more effectively against the dragon because they are herbivores

Tamed one yesterday! After reading everything here I thought it would be impossible. While it was probably the hardest tame I have had so far ( just started playing a week ago) it was doable. I got him into my industrial raptor trap. Tranqd the crap out of him and started feeding some crops. For those that do get him tranqd his torpor goes Down Sooooo quick. I was busy building some other stuff and didn't pay attention for only a min and he's back up ready to shred again. I got him tranqd again but this time he only had like 145 health left I thought for sure he was going to die. Luckily he didn't and this time I didn't leave his side. He took almost 45 narcotics before finally being tamed. Kibble would have been better for sure but I'm not far enough yet for that. Good luck it is doable but it's not easy.

daily reminder if you attacking it with mounts. it can HIT you too. so if you don't have strong armor...you will die unless your mount can kill it before it kill you.

use rock Carrort to tame them faster and soothing balm to tame them faster

If u only see one ur ok but more=u ded 💀 but if u wanna prevent this stack up atleast 5 stone pillars and and 1 stone foundation ontop of it and use a gun or crossbow to shoot at it once its health drops to 50-40 range use a metal pike to UNALIVE it and ur safe unless it's family members avenge
